Alright! Back at it!
I am going to try for at least 1hr of cardio a day,
and weights every other day (once my arm starts feeling better, I got kicked by a horse)
I am just 20lbs from my goal!

BALRGH!
I didn't do so hot today.
Atleast I got lot's of exercise n_n

ARGH!
I have been at a plateau for literally MONTHS.
My eating habits have been slipping...

My exercise habits are getting good though!
So I just have to resist all that icecream in the freezer....

Weight as of May 31st: 170 cry

Goal as of June 31st: 162

Don't let plateaus get you down! My plateau lasted for 6 months up until this week! I know it's a bit discouraging, but you can do it!! heart

How long has it been since you've a) switched your diet up a bit / done a detox diet, and b) switched up your exercise routine?

One of the main things that'll keep your weightloss more steady is to keep your body guessing x3
