The announcements over the intercom were no surprise to her now but what she is not used to was having such an energetic pae around who would not even consider how others feel when holding their hand and guiding them to the party on deck.
When she saw the interior of the event, Bia's eyes gleamed and sparkled while she tried to keep herself from smiling. Biting on her lower lip, she looked at Prisma and nodded her head before replying. "I am Bia, nice to meet you," she shook the pae's hand who had not even once let go of hers.
Looking around, she noticed the buffet table too and pointed with her free hand towards it. "How about...... there?" she asked, just a bit too slow for her new acquaintance was already flocking towards the food platters in a straight line. She will never refuse free meals. So, shrugging her shoulders, she ran after Prisma and watched her put food in her hair.
She was an oddball, but still a good girl. She was not stealing from her whatsoever. Bobbing her head to the beat as she ate some snacks, she felt a slight tingle....

He didn't know when he had started to see Nicky as more than a friend. Perhaps he always had been attracted to her. But his heart felt more joyous now than if he were to pull of the biggest prank in prank history. Then she asked for a kiss, and his crimson eyes widened.
Welllll...Saying things were one thing. He felt like a silver tongued devil. But doing things?! Her request was a simple one but...their first kiss. Here. Now. Oh guardians his stomach was doing backflips.
"Of course." Baliel spoke, sounding much more sure of himself than he felt. He guided her into a spin, and when she curled back to him, he swept her to the side into a deep dip.
For a moment he kept her down there like that, his face intent on hers as his heart beat so hard his vision wavered. He pulled her back up as he leaned in, placing his lips against hers.
Nereus enjoyed the closeness, the intimacy of a kiss. Though it didn't send shivers down her spine or get her heart racing, didn't mean she didn't like it any less than another pae. So she stayed pressed against him, feeling like they were the only two pae around. The slightest p***k on her side pulled her attention, and then the strangest thought.
They should get married.
It made sense, they lived with each other. Raised two girls together. They were already practically married, just lacking in the formal sense. He pulled away at the same time she did, and as if he was reading her mind he went down on a knee.
Her eyes went wide. Did she have secret thought giving powers?!
Nevermind. More important things at the moment. Tears sprung to her eyes as a beautiful smile spread on her face. "Yes Junior! Of course!"

Dementia Requiem Asumi  Abby chewed her lip for a moment, looking at the bow in her hands. They wouldn't have given her a set of duds would they? Whoever had given her these arrows had given a set to each of her cousins too. Maybe it was time to seek our one of them to see if they'd fired one of their own arrows and had any luck. Abhisneha looked around, noting that Night'hawk was still right next to her. She wasn't going to chase the feathered woman away, but she was certainly moving on from her spot in hopes of finding someone she could talk to.
"I'm going to go find one of my cousins." She spoke to Night'hawk, wanting to give her the option of following her or doing whatever would make her the happiest. But it wouldn't hurt for her to try and take aim again would it?
She pondered that thought again, and shrugged. If they were duds, no one would get hurt, but no one could experience the joy of anything she could bring them either. Only one way to tell for certain. Abby pulled one more of her 'failure' arrows out of it's quiver and notched it.
Abby's eyes closed tight as she pulled the string back and released. It snapped her wrist this time, drawing a wince out of her. This is what she gets for not learing how to shoot arrows. Offered something that could be really awesome, and all it causes is hurty hands and wrists.
Blue eyes cracked open, looking to see who she'd hit, if anyone. There must have been a lot of pae there, because she could have sworn that her arrow had been stuck into a faun with some interesting markings. Abby squeaked, having hit another pae.
She shuffled her feet, moving through the crowd of pae in search of one of her many family members. It wasn't long before she bumped into a somewhat familiar red and golden man. "Hey, how are you tonight?" She greeted, looking up to him. Maybe he knew something about what was going on. "Do your arrows do anything?

Fea Line  .... Struting to a stop, the well oiled god dropping into a pose, taking his bow from his back and drawing it forth over exaggeratedly. He took an arrow from the side of his belt and placed it into the bow, and twisted his torso around in what looked like something similar to a yoga pose he had just been teaching. His gaze landed upon a sparkling angel with black wings and curly hair having a ball of a time with a rather hyper rainbow fae who seemed to be stuck on the word 'extremely'.
"Time to desire little mortal!" Adonis said smiling, aiming right for the angel and releasing the arrow from his bow.FrostyPeaches Bia has been hit by Adonis' arrow. (She can not see the arrows, it would have felt like a bug bite or a pinch.) His arrows cause a deep desire for the first Pae they see after being hit. That pae is of your choosing.
Bia was just standing there beside the table full of food, moving along with the beat of the music in the room while she ate enough to keep her energy going. Not too much or she would get sleepy once her food digests..
It was then that she felt a rather small pinch. She instinctively went to rub the area with her hand and turned around. There, in front of her, was still the same pae she walked in with. This time when she saw Prisma put food into her hair, she just grabbed her by the shoulders without saying a word.
Bia was not sure why she was feeling that way but she just wanted her.
Am I drunk? she asked herself, but she knew she had no alcoholic drinks at all... Why do I feel like I just need to hold onto her? |
