Location: Academic Building - History Class Moses was watching as the student conversed with each other about legendary pokemon and trying to make connections between aside from the general ones that were already made. It made his bones feel good to see the students so excited and into their work. Moses was nodding his head in approval when the bell rung to end class for the day. He swore the days were getting shorter as he tapped on the desk to get the attention of the students. "Okay everyone...class is over." He announced, "Now while this isn't a homework, I still want you guys to continue making connections between pokemon. You'll be surprised what connections you can make between even the most unlikely of pokemon. Have a good day guys, enjoy the rest of the day."
Moses waved off the students as he wiped off the broad.

"Rayquaza?" Marco repeated the name of one of the legendary Pokemon Iris mentioned. He actually wasn't sure about the names of any of those Pokemon. He was really behind on this class, he should probably make some time to go to the Library and read about the legendary Pokemon from the regions. He would have to look up these trios from the Kalos and Unova region. "I don't know those Pokemon, but they sound pretty cool. So Xerneas gives life and Yveltal takes life? They sound really powerful." All legendary Pokemon were amazing and the stories he had heard about Dialga and Palkia were like fairy tales, they could do so many great things; it was hard to imagine that such a creator existed. He'd never seen one and it seemed like no one had seen a legendary pokemon either. Marco was curious about these Pokemon, could they really be as great as they said they were? Could they have created time, space, the lands, and control life? Before he could finish his thoughts, mister Thoraschrein called all the student's attention.
"Looks like class is over," Marco commented as he started gathering his things. He needed to go to the Cafeteria and feed his Pokemon then he headed to finish writing that formal request. His afternoon would be a busy one and since he would have meet her later then he would also need to ready his heart for the possible rejection. He shuddered at the thought, but he could not be scared now! He took a deep breath and then stood up, but not before turning to see Iris. Suddenly he remembered about using her first name and he wondered if she mind? Thinking about that made him realize that he wasn't sure where he stood with Iris at the moment. Maybe it was for the best to just play it safe. "Thanks for today, I'll make sure to look up those Pokemon and learn about them. Um, I'll see you around Haruno!" Marco waved at her as he left the classroom with a small blush on his face. He felt weird calling her Haruno and he much preferred Iris, but he never got her permission so he really should be more considerate. "Time for some food, just hang on guys." Marco thought about his Pokemon who had waited patiently for him.

Evelyn wasn’t sure if she’d gotten it right. This class was confusing. Perhaps she was over thinking… or maybe not hard enough. The Kingdra didn’t get it until he tossed an example at them. The Johto region had the beasts; Raikou, Entei, and Suicune plus the birds; Lugia and Ho-oh. They were connected to the elemental bird of Kanto; Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres. Along with Suicune have a connection to Celebi.
If she had to think about Groudon, Evelyn knew he was connected to the other weather trio members; Kyogre and Rayquaza. Groudon was also connected to Jirachi another legendary in the region. Rayquaza was connected to Deoxys a mythical Pokémon not so much legendary but it was from the same region. Kyogre was connected to Manaphy a Pokémon from the Sinnoh region. That brought her into her own region was brought about so many other possibilities.
But it looked like that would have to wait for later as class was over. Evelyn made a note to herself to look at her own regions legendaries and see where they ended up. For now however she needed to head off. She had club plans thanks to Marcus. Course she’d first have to post a message on the club room door along with sending out a mess message to all her members. Packing up her stuff Evelyn headed out of class and down the hall. This was going to be fun. She only hoped they could find that Dedenne nest.

Iris nodded her head as Marco inquired about Rayquaza. "Yes the really big green dragon pokemon that lives in outer space." She was generalizing the traits of the pokemon but it was simple enough not to confuse Marco any further. Iris listened as Marco talked about how he didn't know about the pokemon but he found them interesting. Iris' eyes lit up a bit as she went to talk about the Kalos legendaries more. Even mentioning the lore of the Kalos war, as much as she knew about it.
Iris was into her conversation up until class was over. Iris didn't even realize how quickly class went and finished. Now she had to figure out what to do about her free time. There was the coordination club, drama, fight club.... or maybe see if one of her friends was busy or wanted to hang out. Oh right! the poke playdate. Iris turned to Marco but he was already done packing up and ready to go. He was thanking her before she could get a word out and saying goodbye to her before she registered that he called her Haruno instead of her first name.
By the time everything was registered, he was waving at her and leaving out of the door. "Hey wait.... Marco!" she huffed and puffed up her cheeks. "He called me Haruno... oh he's going to owe me so much lunch." Iris finished gathering her thing and walked out of the classroom.

Overall, the class seemed to be having some difficulty with making the connections their substitute was talking about. It was less about regions and typings, and more about how they relate to one another..? Maybe? Even Nirav wasn't super sure about it. Maybe Ms. Floros could explain it better when she came back. She was always pretty good at explaining more confusing stuff like this.
Nirav flipped through his textbook to figure out what connections there could possibly be between legendaries outside of their regions and trios and typings. Before long, the bell rang, startling Nirav out of his work. The substitute told them to continue making connections between pokemon, though it wasn't an official homework assignment. Nirav figured the library would have some more information, but he'd have to do that later. He still needed to figure out how to advertise the Sewing Club. He figured he could make some flyers on printer paper in the library, so he packed up his things and headed over to his usual spot in the library.

A familiar face walked into the classroom as the bell rang. It wasn't their regular teacher because truth be told, Riko actually never met them before. Instead, there was a smiling old man that was there teacher previously. What was his name, Thorescrein or something? Oh wait. It was Thoraschrein. Well, it was closer than she thought. He began writing on the board, and Riko made out the word "Legendary." She sit forward. This was something that she was really interested about. Other than becoming a Pokemon Master, she always wanted to encounter a legendary Pokemon. Well Legendary Pokemon in the Unova region, as those were the only ones she had a lot of knowledge on. Unfortunately, the chances are very, very slim. But that didn't stop her from researching about them and going on many (failed) expeditions to find one. They were then given a question of ways to group those Pokemon, with the answers of region or type. She recognized the Pokemon that Mr. Thoraschrein wrote on the board. Her mother loved to visit her family in the Johto region, so she shared a lot about the legendary Pokemon there to Riko. They were then told to group and write connections on the Pokemon. Riko decided to stick with Pokemon in the Unova. Well first off, there was the "Tao Trio", made up of Reshiram, Zekrom, and Kyurem. There were also the "Forces of Nature", made up of an all-male trio of Tornadus, Thundurus, and Landorus. Then there were the "Swords of Justice". Or the quartet of Cobalion, Terrakion, Virizion, and Keldeo. The Pokemon in each group obviously have connections with the other Pokemon within the same group, that was easy. But Riko had no idea about connections between Pokemon in different groups. "Any ideas, Snivy?" she asked the grass snake. Even though Snivy is a Pokemon, she is highly intelligent. "Snivy, snivy! Snivy...?" [Can you think of any history between the Pokemon? Or how do the powers of each group affect the powers in another?] Riko looked at her in shock. "Wow... that was amazing Snivy! Thank you!" she gushed. Snivy just shrugged, but Riko could see the happiness in her eyes.
Time seemed to fly by, because as Riko was thinking about what Snivy has said, the bell rang. Mr. Thoraschrein told the, to continue to make connections. Riko will definitely work on it later. She grabbed her bag and Snivy, and exited the classroom.

Ray didn't know how it happened, but he some how managed to sleep through his morning class, and then proceeded to be late to his afternoon class. He was a bit embarrassed, he really hoped he wasn't called out for it. He ran, his lungs burning as he turned the corner. Aqua was snugly wrapped around his neck, cooing as she rubbed her cheek against his affectionately. Ray sighed, Aqua seemed to be doing that a lot lately. He didn't really know why, but maybe she was just really attached to him? She certainly didn't like when anyone got close to him, and that was beginning to be a problem. Ray thought maybe he spoiled her too much, but she was adorable he couldn't help it. Rey flew along side him, enjoying the air as he glided through the halls. Eventually, Ray made it to class to see... no one. There was absolutely no one in the classroom. Not even the teacher seemed to be here either! He flushed red, was class cancelled or something? He looked around, not another soul was in the room. Now he just felt even more embarrassed. Still just in case, he walked in slowly and sat down alone. He fiddle with his fingers a bit "maybe... everyone is just running a bit late?" he questioned sheepishly.

It had to be a full moon or opposite day or something to have Iris rushing to her afternoon class due to her being late. It just had to be after being so late to her morning class. She slowed down, catching her breath as she opened the door. She was ready to do an apology when she didn't see Miss. Floros. In fact, aside from herself, only Ray was in the classroom. Was there announcement about late starts. Did that mean she was actually on time for this class. Iris beamed as she walked to get to a desk. She immediately took the one that was next to Ray. "Afternoon Ray," Iris said, confident to speak to him due to their interaction when he got Aqua and she got Sameko. "It's good to see that I'm not the only here today. I was really worried that I was late but it seems like it's just the two of us." Iris looked at his Dratini before giggling. "The three of us, I mean. Hi Aqua."
Iris looked around the classroom. "You have seen the teacher or the others. I thought others like Maria and Marco would at least be here already?"
