Psykgi Mentha

Psykgi stepped into the room to flesh out her notes. Notes were important - they were what you remembered later, and here you had to remember, assess, and recommend. It was so much fun!

In the midst of scribbing, she realized where she was; not that she hadn't known all along, but it hadn't really entered her conciousness until that point that she was in an empty living space.

She waved cheerily at the orderly and considered herself lucky that she didn't have to do that particular job. Not that she wouldn't if asked - being agreeable and can-do was the name of the game - but it wasn't something she hoped to be doing. Not here.

She finished her notes and left the room, taking a brisk and very fast turn to her next destination - Not to put her notes to work, but to do the boring things. The beurocratic things. The little things that interns got to do.

Again, go-getting. She was happy to do it.

Normally, Bellen helped the volunteers change the sheets in the domicile blocks, but tonight, she had just passed by that area, on her way to the courtyard. It was just as comforting as always.

The domicile blocks were better than the depictions of war on the walls of the outside. Bellen still felt uncomfortable, being around them. Considering.

Bellen already knew the drill. She shuffled to the side before the orderly could open her mouth, but they called her out for "being in the way," anyways.

Everytime Bellen passed by these murals, she had to wonder. Was Vremea among the masked trolls? Did the artist paint this with her or any of her peers in mind? Or was it created simply to place fear in the pump biscuits of those who saw it?

Bellen had grown used to seeing trolls get carted through the halls like they desperately needed help. Vremea had not.

Bellen had always been good with wigglers. Today, however, she'd decided to sit back and read, supervise them incase anything bad happened.

More stupid reasons. Even though half of her felt disgusted by even the thought of mismatched socks, another part of her knew that was merely the reason of bad taste. Not mental disorder. Vremea groaned inwardly.

It was always comforting helping out the orderlies in the blocks. Often times, Bellen liked to send them ahead so she could fluff the cuddle piles a little more.

Vrem wished she could give the help she knew to give. Bellen continued to suppress this feeling of distress. It wasn't her. It wasn't her.

There were so many dumb reasons Bellen didn't understand, but she knew better than to question it. Maybe one day it could go further than checking if they like mismatched, garish socks and going from that that they have rebellious thoughts.

Fluffing the cuddle piles was one of her most favorite things to do. It helped keep her mind off the murals in the hallways.

Honestly, the cookies were not that bad. Bellen guessed the staff was a bit tired tonight. She'd been supervising the littler ones, and they definitely needed a cool drink or two!

Being in this block always made Vremea feel nostalgic. It reminded her of her wigglerhood. It'd been... Very long, already. She felt too old, even though she hadn't been too old for her sweeps.

It was always a treat to see the attractive Dr. Resmem pass by quickly. Bellen truly appreciated her jokes, even if it was hell trying not to laugh at them. Maybe she could tell them to Zeylla.
