Ma-kun's heart skipped a beat as he heard Taki's voice change to one full of raw emotion as he began to sing about love, and suddenly the keyboardist remembered why he forbade himself from listening fully to Taki while they played. Feeling the familiar sensation of his stomach sinking at the thought of never having his love returned, Ma-kun's face faltered slightly, then he was back to his usual self, savouring every moment of being able to jam with his band. However, as the song came to a close he stepped away from the keyboard and walked out of the room, saying something about getting a drink to his bandmates as he left.
Memories of the song and Taki's voice still echoed loudly in Ma-kun's mind as he walked down the corridor towards the elevator. Stepping inside, he rubbed his temples again, sighing. While Taki obviously sang the lyrics that he did purely because he thought they suited the song, to Ma-kun the words sung were almost taunting, their expressions of love flaunting what would never be his right in front of him.
As he stepped out of the elevator he stopped, noticing something inside a room with its door slightly ajar. Bad Luck were in there, and from where Ma-kun stood he could see Hiro perfectly. Not wanting to start anything up again, he went to walk away, until something else caught his eye. Hiro was facing away from his bandmates, towards the door, and tears could be clearly seen streaming down his face from where Ma-kun stood. The keyboardist's eyes widened in shock; he had never seen Hiro get upset before. Not wanting to be caught out there, Ma-kun finally moved away from the door and went up to the vending machine, his mind reeling with that he had just seen, and now distracted from his previous worries.

After awhile Yuki stopped typing. "Writer's block... Damn..." he muttered. He stood and walked into the living area. He sat down on the couch and flipped on the tv. He was channel surfing when he subconciously picked up the phone and dialed Shuichi's cell phone. "Pick up damn it." he muttered.

Ken had watched Ma-kun leave and now turned to the singer. "Hey, Taki? You remember me telling you I was gay, don't you? Well, I've got a problem."
Standing up, Hiro muttered something about getting a drink to Shuichi and Suguru and left the room. When he saw Ma-kun, he quickly dried his eyes and stared at the floor, trying to hide his red eyes. "Ma-kun," he said dully as he got a dollar from his pocket.

Ma-kun glanced over at Hiro, smiling in greeting. Opening his drink, he quickly took a sip, before turning back to Hiro, a quizzical look on his face.
"Hey, are you okay?" he asked, genuinely concerned for the guitarist. It wasn't like Hiro to get upset like that, and Ma-kun knew that it couldn't have been from the fight or anything like that.

"Yeah, I'm fine. Why should you care anyway?" Hiro didn't chance a look at the blonde for fear his eyes would betray him. Besides, what did Ma-kun know about unrequited love?

Ma-kun frowned, noticing something about Hiro that he instantly recognized. It could have been because he himself was experiencing the same feelings right now, but Ma-kun noticed that guitarist's whole body language seemed to scream heartbreak. On top of that, the way Hiro replied gave the impression that he expected Ma-kun to be unfamiliar enough with these feelings to believe him, which was obviously false. Turning away, Ma-kun leaned back against the vending machine next to Hiro, and smirked slightly.
"So who is it anyway?" he asked, looking down, then glanced over at Hiro with a smile. "Don't think I don't know what this is about, I know exactly how you feel right now."

"And how's that?" Hiro spat. "it's not like you have to worry about ruining your band's chances by being gay." He really didn't see how Ma-kun could possibly know how he felt about Ken; after all, Ma-kun wasn't gay. Or was he? Hiro wiped his eyes on his sleeve again.

Ma-kun gave a short laugh, shaking his head. "My, my, we are confrontational today." While he was nowhere near as much of a stirrer as Taki, Ma-kun saw no harm in occasionally teasing others. Seeing the state Hiro was in though, he went no further than that comment.
"I don't see why there's any need to worry about stuff like that. I mean, Shuichi's open about his relationship with Yuki and that's not done any harm to Bad Luck, so why should I worry about my being gay ruining the band?" Ma-kun paused to take another sip of his drink, then thought for a moment, before speaking again. "Come to think of it, I don't think one single member of ASK is straight. So why should I worry when I have no more reason than anyone else there? And you don't really need to either, if you already have a gay singer then I'm sure a gay guitarist isn't gonna hurt."

"At least I stand some chance then." Hiro looked down at his shaking hands, letting a tear drip off his cheek and into his palm.
"You don't understand, Ma-kun," he said, throat aching from supressing the shaking in his voice. "It's not as simple as Shuichi and Yuki. It's another guy, another band." He slid down the vending machine to sit on the floor, head on his knees. "It's Ken."

"Ken?" Ma-kun's eyes widened, as his mind raced with the day's events. Ken. That blush earlier. Calling Hiro by his first name. Going to get Hiro the tablets. Ma-kun couldn't help but grin as he looked down at Hiro, amazed by how everything fell into place so easily.
"You should tell him," he said simply, still grinning. "I think you might be surprised by his reaction." Ma-kun knew that given the same advice, he'd ignore it, but unlike his situation with Taki he was sure that this would turn out okay. Unable to wait to see the outcome any longer, he reached down and grabbed Hiro by the arm, pulling him to his feet and leading him to the elevator. "Knock on the door when you get there and ask to speak to him. Just say you want to, I dunno, pay him back for the tablets or something." Stopping to press the button to call the elevator, Ma-kun turned to Hiro, smiling reassuringly.
"Trust me, you need to do this now. Unlike my situation, you actually have a chance of succeeding here."

Hiro looked at Ma-kun for the first time. "Who is it for you then?" he asked, leaning against the wall of the elevator. "Can't be as bad as my luck." The fact that Ma-kun was forcing him into this had made the guitarist go a little numb. Come to think of it, did he even want Ken to know?

Ma-kun froze, slightly taken aback by the question. Looking down at the floor, he shook his head again.
"It's...Taki, but it's not like I'm gonna tell him that. Somehow I don't think he'd feel the same way for me. I'm his friend, and that's as far as it goes." As the elevator stopped at the right floor, he smiled at Hiro again, before leading him towards the practice room, keep him in his peripheral vision so that he couldn't back out of it. As they got there he leaned back against a nearby wall, and indicated towards the door.
"Well, you know what to say," he said, making sure to hang back out of the room's view. Ma-kun didn't want to make the plans too obvious with both him and Hiro appearing, and besides he was still a bit shaken from Taki's singing earlier.

"I'd... I'd rather not right now," Hiro managed, shaking his head. "I... I mean Taki's still there and.... well, you remember the fight..." It was rare to see Hiro shaken up, but this was one of those times that even he had to break down. "Besides, if I have to tell Ken, you have to tell Taki."

Rogue X Ryuichi grinned "let's go get ice-cream!" He nodded his head furiously as he placed Kumagorou on his shoulders. "Chocolate fudge with chocolate sprinkles... do you want some ice-cream Tatsu?" He asked, with big eyes sparkling and a pout crossing his features as he pulled softly on his sleeve.
Well he could certainly think of more entertaining things to do to waist time, but this was Sakuma-san and they were in a PG RP.
"Icecream sounds good. But remember last time you ate chocolate, it took me, Hiro and SHuichi to get you down off the ceiling." He laughed remembering the hyper singer doing a VERY GOOD impersonation of spider man with superglue. "So... no super glue, ok?"
He wouldn't tell his beloved Sakuma-san no icecream, that would be cruel and unusual punishement for the poor man, besides, Tatsuha never denyed him anything and technically if he looked at him and asked for the super glue the youngest uesugi would give it to him without a second thought about it.

(("Well he could certainly think of more entertaining things to do to waist time, but this was Sakuma-san and they were in a PG RP." roflmao. I totally almost fell out of my chair with that one, I love it. XDXD))
Ryuichi pouted for a second before he grinned and nodded "alrighty, no super glue... there's always wood glue!" He grabbed Tatsuha's hand and headed for the door "Chocolate ice cream is good, with chocolate fudge bits and sprinkles!" It was a wonder that Ryuichi didn't gain a lot of weight, not that he cared if he did, as long as he could still sing and be happy.
He headed out the door, Tatsuha in one hand and Kumagorou in the other, a big grin on his face as he swung his hand that was holding Tatsuha's slightly, humming the tune to one of his songs as he looked around for where to go for ice-cream.
