Daryn dreamt of when they were kids, all the good times. He even dreamed of telling her that he loved her.
He muttered it while he was asleep as well and shifted. When he moved though his top half fell off the table. He crashed onto the floor where he sat up promptly, looking surprised and disoriented.
"Huh! Wha? Where am?... oh."
He regained his senses then looked over at Princess.
"Oh, good morning. I hope breakfast was ok."
He offered her a tired smile.

Gabriella had jumped when he fell. She turned around to llook at him and smiled gently back nodding. 'yes it was good. Thank you" then realizing she only had her pjs on she crossed her arms over her chest. She wasn't a 'little' girl anymore. She took a deep breath.
"I think you should go get some rest. Vampires tend to be allergic to the sun when not fully rested" she chuckled a little and sipped her coffee.

Climbing to his feet, Daryn rubbed the back of his neck. He only took slight notice to her crossing her arms but answered back in fairly awake voice.
"Ya, but if I sleep now I won't sleep at night. Then I really will be a Vampire."
He said and then chuckled. He made a face like he had vampire teeth and began to creep towards her.
"Mwahaha! I vant to suck your blood!"
This was something he used to do all the time as a child. Especially after seeing "Dracula" at the age of six. He hadn't been afraid of the movie at all.
((Just wanted to let you know that I probably won't be posting tomorrow. I'm going on a day trip to an anime convention 3nodding ))

Gabriella chuckled and backed up a little. She remembered being scared of horror movies when she was little. He used to pick on her about it. "Daryn.." she chuckled backing away, she was getting ready to run if he chased her. She was wakig up still.

((Well we made better time than I thought we would. Normally I get back from that convention at 1AM, lol! Hope your Prom is good 3nodding ))
Daryn grinned wider and more mischievously. Laughing again, he hopped over the chair in front of him and chased after her.
"You shall not escape!"
He said in his best Vampire persona.

she laughed hysterically. Running around in her pj's. She hadn't had fun like this since she was a teen. She tripped over her own feet a few times. Taking a turn down the hall she threw herself into the bathroom and shut the door, laughing she slid to the floor.

Daryn bonked into the door but he was also laughing too hard to breath. He leaned against the wall to catch his breath and when he did he said.
"H-hey! You can't hide in the bathroom! It's not fair."
He was still chuckling a little bit as he plunked his back against the wall and tipped his head back. It felt good to be like this, to forget all his troubles and just stay like this with Princess.
"If you stay in there too long I'll pick the lock."
He said tauntingly, though it was a silly fib. He didn't know how to pick a lock.

"But why!??? I'm a girl. in a bathroom. I'm natrually going to take a long time!" she laughed. They used to do this all the time. She had to take deep breaths to be able to stop laughing. She chuckled and turned on the water in the tub. "Maybe I wanna take a showre?" she was joking around.
SHe remembered how he thought girls were gross when he was little. "Plus you wouldn't want to walk in on me naked anyway!" she chuckled.

Daryn laughed.
"Darn women hoggin the bathroom."
He smiled and heard the water turn on. She then commented on him walking in on her.
"Eww! Girls are gross! Why would I wanna do that?!"
He called back at her and simply smiled at the scenario.
"Well, do what you want Princess. I'm gonna go out to the lake for a swim! Join me if you want."
He said excitedly and jumped to his feet.
"See ya out there!"
He went to his room and switched into his swim trunks, nearly falling over in his haste but soon was out the door and on the dock. With a large grin, he pushed off and dove into the water.

Gabriella laughed and turned the faucet off. CHecking herself in the mirror she noted that she was smiling without forcing it. Her pale cheeks were pink from laughing and the bruise on her cheek wasn't showing as much as it had. When she heard him leave she opened the door and headed for her room, where she went through her bag, looking for her bathingsuit.
Thats when seh realised all she had was a two piece...it wasn't that she wasn't comfortable wearing a bikini around Daryn, it was the fact that she was uncomfortable with herself. SHe stripped and got into it, pulling a spring dress over it. She was just going to dip her feet. She pulled her hair into a braid and walked out to the doc, laughing as she watched him swimming.
"You have fun i'm just going to watch..." she sat down and dipped her feet in.

Daryn floated around on his back.
"Wha? You aren't coming in?"
He was a little disappointed but then remembered the bruises on her back and figured he didn't want her to see, but that didn't mean she couldn't join in the fun.
"Ok, maybe you won't swim. But.."
He smirked evilly and when he was close enough, jumped from the water. Still dripping wet, he gave her a big hug, laughing as he did.
"Hey buddy! how ya doin?"
Daryn said as he got her partially soaked.

Gabriella squeeled and pushed him off. "t-thats so cold!" she pushed herself up laughing. SHe couldn't help but look at Daryn dripping wet. "You look like a soaked cat!" she fell onto her butt laughing.

Daryn crossed his arms and after the cat comment his brows furrowed and his jaw dropped slightly in insult.
"Hey! I do not! If you ask me I look damn sexy."
He grinned and put his hands on his hips in a pose, giving her his best version of a movie star smile. He had a hard time holding it though because he was trying not to laugh.
Melody had jumped out through an open window and sauntered down towards the water. She walked carefully onto a rock that stuck out and then she crouched down and watched several small fish swimming around. She licked her lips and batted at them.

Gabe laughed and winked at him. He had done the same thing growing up. "You havn't changed a bit." she said,sitting up. She sat on the edge of the dock and pulled her hair down. She chuckled when she saw melody.
Gabe's eyes were soft as she remembered there child hood. It was the best time of her life...
Growing up she'd been the 'freckle' freak at school. Especially when it came to swimming. Her body was so pale that all her freckles stood out. But when highschool came around she started wearing two pieces..and she wasn't freckle freak anymore. She remembered Daryn's reaction. He just stared and then yelled at the other guys. The thought made her laugh.

Daryn laughed and sat as well, facing out towards the lake's glossy surface.
"I've changed, just not in the things that make me, me."
He said in a light tone. He didn't imply anything, not when he was enjoying himself so much.
He remembered when they went swimming once. He had grown into a lanky yet lean and fit teen. Daryn had caught her staring at him which she had never done before and when he asked her what was up, she had blushed and hastily answered that it was nothing.
Melody mewed at the little fish and swatted again, but she slipped into the water. She scrambled for a moment then swam as quickly as she could for the shore. Hitting the sand, she sprinted up towards the cabin and leapt into the window through which she'd first exited.
Daryn watched this with wide eyes for a moment but then burst out into hysterical laughter.
