I just noticed something, on the Smogon list of rules for 2010 the banned pokemon have been changed, mewtwo isn't banned anymore! ^^

So if we do make this new battle guild, I think we should go with those rules as far as what pokemon can be used and items.

That sounds fair. Although, I think there should also be an unlimited tier as well, but to be strictly for fun battles

Of course, but I think the hardest part of all this would be trying to work around when people are online and can battle, its gonna be very hard to get them here at the same times for tournaments.

Lol I'm just glad I can use my Mewtwo and Garchomp now, I couldn't figure out who to replace them with but now I don't have to worry about it.


It would be really helpful if everyone had some for of im or something, there's gotta be a way to figure all this out. Also what if people have wifi issues when trying to connect to certain people, for example my fiance plays heart gold and when we try to connect via wifi it wont work.

Your particular issue seems like a router/IP issue.

Are your DS's set up to auto obtain IP addresses? Cause My cousin and I were having similar issues, until I set up static IP's on our DS's

Hmm well I don't think its a problem on my end since I can connect just find and battle with others. As for her's I don't know, I told her to just click search for access point in the beginning og the game where you set up the connection.
