10 years, 1 month, and 4 days old.... I got it at home (thank god) and I got THE WORST cramps and its very heavy

i feel so left out, i started when i was 8, i was so young when i did, but i knew what was happing though, my mom told me all about it, it was just awkward starting at that age. the dr said it could be since i was a bigger girl that my body just started earlier. my friend was so jealous when i told her, she didnt start till this year, and now we're 16.

I'm not a whore for complaining that I got mine 13+.
I'm complaining because I didn't get it til I was 15, and only because I was put on birth control so that it would come, otherwise at 20, I probably still wouldn't have it stare
You need to learn how to word things because that was extremely rude and uncalled for. I understand it's stressful and scary for a younger girl to go through it, but because we complain when we got it 13+ doesn't make us whores.

I got it when I was 11 years old, and I was at home, it was the first month of summer Vacation, so I was very emo because we were going swimming that day.

But my class was going swimming for PE, I was devastated because I couldn't go.

I just left, which resulted in being suspended.

I think I did. That or inbetween 11 and 12, I just can't remember my age. Because my first period was in 6th grade.

i had my first period when i was 9 (ya, i know. i was in the middle of 4th grade) it made me freak out cause i had blood all over and i thought something was wrong with me. i didnt know much about periods back then and i thought i was supposede to be much older than i was. now i am sorta glad that i started early cause i am used to it now and if i had started it later i would not be used to it yet and it would be frustrating.

I got mine when I was 11 and I started freaking out because I had no idea what was happening (parents haddn't given me "the talk" yet), so I put a ton of toilet paper in my panties and started screaming for my mom..
