Tweaking? and you need the recipes from the guards the first is in barton near the fountain. To you nice mix and theme 8.5/10

The glowing thing and the red vest work pretty good together. The rest is ok so I would say it is a 7/10.

@Emo: Zhad pretty much explained it. Just complete Mark's ring quest chains and you'll have all the recipes by the time you help the final person he wants you to help. It's not easy though. xp

That cape is only being used by Tk because Quixtar uses one for his Avatar. It's like a Zomg regulars Avatar.
Til, everything looks pretty good. But that buckle on the chest seems off. 9/10
Tk, all and all good. But it is lacking one important element. Some type of effect or sword related to the rings you use. 7/10
