Eric knocked on the open door of the infirmary before entering. He waved to Sasha. "Hey there Sasha," he said squatting down to the cat's height. "I've got a predicament for you. Have you treated amnesiacs before?" he asked.

Sasha bit her lip.
"yeah, its been a while though. Who's the amnesiac and what happened?"

Ayami walked in cautiously. She almost bumped into Eric but stopped herself. She peered out from behind him to see a cub and a guy laying in a bed. Another flash of memories hit her and she closed her eyes, holding a hand over one eye.

"Alright," He stood up and placed his sword on his shoulder. "I'd say you've about mastered it. We're pretty much equals now."
She felt herself step forward and speak. "Really?"
The guy nodded. "Yep, how's about we get some food. I'm starved."
Ayami felt herself nod.

She gasped and opened her eyes. "I... remember you..."

Light craned his neck around and hummed. "Really? That's odd. I don't really understand..."

She stepped over to his bed and, with a frown, pointed at him. "You are Mr. Light, right?"

Light closed his eyes. "Mmm, yeah? That depends on the time of day though. Who are you exactly? Can you tell me who this is?" Light looked to Eric and Sasha.

Eric shrugged. " I don't know her. My mom called me after she saw her walking about Castle Town in a tizzy. She hoped that someone here could help her. It was here, or put her in the hands of the cleanup committee," he said shuddering. "I know one thing, she probably isn't a wielder. She prefers tonfa, much to my friend's delight." He looked to Sasha. "Has Lawrence been here lately?" he asked.

"I'm Ayami Eichi." She put her hands on her hips. "You really don't know me?"

"Not a clue, kid." Light closed his eyes and shrugged.

"Darn, I thought I had something." She became mad and barked at him. "Don't call me kid!"

"Well, what do you want me to call you, blondie?" Light frowned.

"Wha-? No! Watch who you're callin' blondie, gimpy." She growled.

"Oh, so scary. I ain't as gimpy as you think, squirt." He growled back.

"Wazzat, gimpy?" Their foreheads collided and they growled in each others face.

Eric sighed and took off his glasses. He rubbed the area between his eyebrows. "Can we please NOT try and kill each other in the place meant to heal people? Go to the sparring room if you want to quarrel. Light's probably got the keys still," he said putting his glasses back on.

He yelled at Eric. "I ain't exactly in here 'cause I wanna be!"

She waved a hand in front of her face. "Yeah, anyone cna tell that. You probably got wasted by one of those hearty-thingies."

Light cleared his throat and laid back down, covering himself with the blanket.

"E-eh? Did I say something?" She stepped backwards, a bit shocked.

Light mumbled audibly. "Come to think of it... You kinda remind me a bit of Ixyam..."

"So much for the mature competency of a teacher," Eric said sighing. He put his hands up. "I've done my part. All other actions taken by either of you are under the rule of the administration now. I'd assume Light would like to keep his job," he said.

Light paid Eric no attention. He sat up and started thinking, pulling Ayami closer.

"Uh, you're really starting to creep me out..." Ayami said, a bit startled.

"You have a few similarities to him, too. Blond hair, even the eye colour... Hmmm..." Light was lost in thought his hand around Ayami's wrist.

"Baka! Aho! Let me go!" She pulled her hand from his grip.

"Well, it makes loads of sense now..." Light smiled and held his arms aloft. "I guess we can definitely say... You have something to do with Yami. Maybe you're family?"

"Wait a minute..." She started to pace. "I think I might've just remembered something..."
Where had she heard Yami before? "Ah, right! I don't like it when people call me that!"

Light pointed one arm at her. "There ya go! Equation solved... The Nobody found his heart."
He blinked at her. "Although, you aren't in the least bit what I expected..."

Eric raised an eyebrow. "Recently reformed nobody. That actually makes sense," he said. This is getting kind of interesting. Better than wandering around campus all day for sure, he thought.

Ayami stared blankly at Light. "Eh..."

Light nodded. "I'm not sure how but congrats, Yami. You managed to get your heart back. It's just... a little unnerving to see you're actually a girl..."

"That's kinda rude, doncha think?" She sighed and tilted her head to the side. "And stop calling me Yami!"

Light looked down at the bed, tired and sore. He was still aching. I'd hoped you have a place to stay. I'm afraid with the unaccounted arrival of my sister there might not be room on the couch..."

"Are you kidding me?" She scoffed and crossed her arms. "Like I'd share a place with you. You could be some... creepy guy... ya know?"

He nodded and looked away with a yawn. He was too tired to argue back. "Good call... I'm still in a bit of pain... Need rest..."
Nursing his ribs, he laid back down and settled his head on the pillow.

Ayami sighed in defeat. "I really don't get people at all..."

Sasha gave a deep sigh because Eric didn't know who the amnesiac was.
"um, yeah, Lawrence was here yesterday with a slightly injured leg...or was it the knee...back to the amnesiac, I really can't leave the academy at the moment. I mean, no one ever sees me this small or fluffy unless im very weak." she sighed.

Sasha stayed silent as Ayami, Eric, and Light started to argue.
"I am keeping Light here, his body is brutally damaged and its taking time to heal." she explained to Eric, staying calm.

Sasha's eyes widened to hear that Ixyam, a dude, was actually Ayami, a girl. It was easy to keep a straight face at least, although she heard a old song that reminded her of this
"Dude looks like a lady....." she mumbled and then looked at Ayami.

"Ayami, what do you remember from being Ixyam? Do you remember anything? Also, I suppose if you wished, you could sleep on my bed tonight while a dorm is made for you, if you wish that is. I could sleep anywhere at the moment" she said as she yawned stretching herself out and curled up giving a loud purring noise.

"Like I really know..." She shrugged. "That's just about everything I remember is him teaching me something..."

"Well, do you still remember what I taught you?" Light leaned on his side, his good arm, with a raised eyebrow.

"What's that gotta do anything?" Ayami frowned.

Light frowned, seeing the tonfa. "Well, from the looks of it, I hope so..."

Ayami turned to Sasha, ignoring Light. "Yeah, that'd be nice, I guess."

Eric looked to Ayami. "Wow yesterday? I was completely unproductive for a whole day and now I feel bad," he said. He squatted down to Sasha's level. "You may be weak, but you're adorable in this form. It's taking a lot of effort for me to not pet you right now," he said smiling.

Sasha purred and licked Eric's nose cutely
"I think I might actually rival in cuteness with Yogtz!" she purred

She nodded to Ayami and her tail moved a little bit. However immediately after, she seemed distracted for a second, her eyes staring out, until she blinked and looked to Light

"The other Eric..." she looked to Eric
"the little kid one...not you but the other Eric...oh its impossible to explain. Anyway he's just stopped Sophia from allowing Nami out into the floating gardens and wont let them past the courtyard. Just in case if you wanted to know."
