Dale wanted to cry. She couldn't feel her fingers anymore. What if... She had to get them cut? She screamed and got out of the water as soon as her little legs could carry her.

Nanogg was ready to dig some grownups out of the snow. And his lusus was ready to poke them if needed. Mari wasn't much for rescuing, but she was a valuable second set of eyes for tracking, and nanogg was used to working with her. He was hoping he just dug out rebels, but eh... outsiders too.

Nanogg was hot on the trail of what appeared to be a troll embedded in a deep depression in the snow. He had rope, and he was pretty strong... not that strong, honestly. Not as strong as Kerras had told him he was. He was... strong enough for now, and could be stronger.

But he was strong enough to do this!

Oh by the phoenix were they kidding him, were they serious? He couldn't find the entry point -- why was it all white on white? Why was it so hard to find multicolored objects in snow? Nanogg thought it was ridiculous but he was here now, and he was so ******** close.

Mari chirped at him and Nanogg responded with a growl. Was he going in circles or something? This was ridiculous. Nanogg paused to take his bearings and frowned intently at the snow. "Make sense, damn you." he grumbled, deciding to go in a direction and see where it took him.

Nanogg decided to make some snow trolls, since he was so ******** lost in the snow. It would be better than walking in different directions. They ended up being hornless snow trolls, but he didn't really care. It was something for his lusus to entertain herself with, at least. She did like stabbing them.
