Chris frowned he knew something was seriously wrong. He looked at Chaosgallantmon. He wondered if he knew something although even if the digimon did the odds of it telling him anything were pretty slim. He decided to try he walked over to the digimon "Why wont you tell me where he is I just want to make sure he's alright" He said. He closed his eyes feeling tears welling up. "I...I just want to know what happened" He said. He then noticed Marcus's digivice light up it had a blinking icon marked Destin. "Maybe it's a clue" He said to himself. He pressed some buttons on the digivice "What digimon are still in here" He said.

"Be gone foolish child," He would start. "You're not welcome here... leave or be forced to leave. I'm nothing like that weak devil, Gulfmon... I will take you out and not give it a second thought." ChaosGallantmon uncrossed her arms and forced a lance in one hand, pointing it right at Chris. "You'll get no sympathy from me or him." She spoke, talking about herself and Marcus.

---------------------------------------------------------------------

Iniside of the dark builing Kuro walked into the chambers with Reiji walking behind him. "You hesitated and now look at you..." Kuro shook his head talking about Reiji's recent performance.

"What the hell happened to you?!" Urik questioned. The dark haired boy jumped down from where he was sitting with a DoKunemon on his shoulder. He walked towards the boy noticing that his eyes were dripping. "Honestly dear, can you like no go overdrive all the time?!" Urik pulled out a cloth and began to wiped the boys face, taking extra care to wipe up the boys eyes. He removed Reiji's blindfold so that he could get all of the chaos residue.
"Thanks mom.." He said in a sarcastic tone. He tried to fight it and wave Urik's hands away, but to no avail did it stop Urik's attentive cleaning.

"I assume this means the trespasser was taken care of?"Luca, who was sitting in Zyn's seat looked down with a puzzled look. "For you to come back like this would mean that it was dealt with, yes?"

Reiji was unresponsive, holding Kuramon in one arm. His eyes were closed and he had his head hanging down. "They won't come back... I can assure you of that." Kuro broke the silent with his promise of extermination. "He came looking for Marcus... claiming to have known him. He even somehow managed to get Marcus's old digivice." He through a stray glare at Reiji. "Speaking of which, how is he doing?"

"Slowly... some of his body is rejecting the change, but that is only a small portion of his self-conscience... Guess he was more chaotic that anyone else realized." Luca sighed and then looked off at a small chamber being guarded by Chaosmon. Inside of the pod was Marcus in a foggy substance. "On matters of the digivice, it matter not what happens to it. Most of the data on there was transferred already. We don't want our leader to go at half strength... the only thing that wasn't moved was those dreaded pictures."

Chris glared at ChaosGallantmon "Fine but I'll be back you can count on that...and tell your tamer this I never leave my friends behind and next time you guys get in the way I wont hesitate to obliterate you and if you see Marcus tell him Chris will save him" He said with that he turned and used the digivice to lead him to Destin.

The pod holding Marcus would crack open and a foggy gas would seep out and fall to the floor, creating a foggy setting for the dark tamer. A pair of legs would step out and hit the floor. Marcus would step out, bare-chested and would slowly walk over to a chair and pull his jacket and shirt from the throne's leather arm rest. He would slowly put the green, short-sleeved shirt on and would button it up slowly, leaving the top two and the last buttons undone. He would then place his green leather jacket on. As he made the final touches, he would slip a finger around the black choker around his neck.

"Ah... that was a nice nap." He said with a dark tone. He chuckled and then reached for his new digivice, looking at it's screen and seeing the image of his crest on the screen. His digimon had been moved over and all to willingly accepted the change, feeling that it would be for the best. "Alright, I think it's about time I got back to what I was doing at first."

"What might that be, my Lord?" Luka looked up at the man tilting her head slightly. Her BlackGabumon came to join her with a similar look.

"Wreaking chaos of course!" Marcus bellowed out in laughter. He looked out to the others and smirked with a deviant smile. "I've been out of the game for a while, I'm sure my 'friends' are missing me."

Kuro looked up, "Ah yes, a tamer named Chris came to visit you. I told him you weren't having guest at the moment so he left."

"Chris, huh? I guess I'll have to go and visit him." Marcus scratched his chin and then made his way towards the exit. "I'm going out, you all... just do what you've been doing."

As Marcus made his way to the exit, Chaosmon followed him and then the other two chaos digimon, ChaosWargreymon and ChaosPiedmon jumped in front of him.

"I hope you weren't planning on leaving me behind?" The clown digimon made a sarcastic chuckle and looked down at Marcus. He then looked over to the ChaosWargreymon.

"Of course not... Where would I be without my loyal partners... Let's go."

A dark gate opened by the power of ChaosPiedmon and the four walked through it to a destination known only to Cadiaver, the ChaosPiedmon.

The Sadistic Toan

PostPosted: Mon Dec 20, 2010 9:55 pm

"Step right up! Greatest price in town!""50% Sells right this way!" "All you can eat right here!" The sounds of the flee market erupted from the plaza, spreading all over the city. Every corner of the area was covered with shopping stands selling everything from new clothes to many different type of food. The place was packed with many different type of tamers and digimons wandering up to each and everyone of the surrounding stands.

A young tamer with silvery hair, dress in a black shirt with red trim sleeves, long black jeans, blood-red colored shoe, and a black and red crown was walking along side an Astamon obviously enjoying himself. He was wearing a blindfold and carrying around a walking stick to help him walk, but the Astamon knew better. The boy could find his way around the city better then even the locals.
"Been forever since I've been into this town, and the place sounds livelier than ever!"
catching his attention, the boy stop by a stand that was selling hot pockets and order two of them. Cash was exchanged and food was given. The teen handed one over to his digimon, and return his attention back to his own meal. He begin to blow on the burning snack in his hand to cool it down before taking a giant bite out of the thing, causing a string of gooey cheese to miss his mouth and laid on his lip. The boy lick his lip and took another few bites, finishing off the hot pocket. The Astamon chuckled at seeing the boy enjoying himself so much and begin to eat his too.

After walking around for another half hour, Astamon notice a group of people gathering around making a crowed. The demon digimon tap his blind tamer on the shoulder
"I think something is happening over their. Should we check it out? It could be interesting."
The boy nodded and begin to follow as his digimon led the way. In the center of the crowd was a wereGarurumon and a Hyogamon. Both of them were hunch over a table with their right arm holding each other hand. A lilymon came over and place her hand on top of both of theirs.
"On your mark, get set, Go!"
She release her hand and the weregarurumon smash his right hand down, breaking the Hyogamon right arm and winning the arm wrestling contest. The crowd begin to cheer for the weregarurumon at his instant victory. The Weregarurumon raised his arms and begin to wave to his people as the Hyogamon begin to walk away, wailing in the pain of his left arm.
A Falcomon flew right up to the stage and begin to quiet the crow down.
"Behold for it is your lucky day! Any of you battle harden warrior may test your strength against our champ in an arm wrestling match! Participation cost is a mere 100 digi-money. If you happen to win against our champ than you get the grand prize of 5000 digi-money! But be warn, This is a challenge only for those strong enough, brave enough, and determine enough to take on our champ! Now who wants to be Master WereGarurumon next opponent?!"

The Crowd was silent as everyone begin to look around, trying to find anyone to take up the challenge. After a minute of no volunteer, the Crowd begin to chant for a challenger.
"Is there no one brave enough to face Weregarurumon?!"
The young teen pushed the crowd aside and begin to head toward the center of the stage. The crowd stood quiet for a long second, examining the new challenger. The Falcomon and Weregarurumon stood there staring dumbstruck at the blind child. Finally, everyone burst out laughing at the pathetic new challenger.
"Boy, This is a contest of strength! Do you have a death wish or something stepping up? Get out of here while you still can!"
The Teen ignore the falcomon and place 100 digi-money on the table. He sat down in front of the Weregarurumon and place his right arm on the table. The WereGarurumon laughed for a few more second before calming himself down and look at his next victim.
"What's your name brat?"
The boy look up and smiled
"Toan."
The weregarurumon shook his head as he he grab Toan right arm with his own.
"Well Tony, your about to be crippled as well as blind!"
A flicker of annoyance came across Toan face as his name was mistaken and was also threaten on top of it.
The Lilymon came over and placed her hand on top of the two battlers.
"Ready, get set, and GO!"
She release her hand and Toan swung his right arm down sending the weregarurumon flying right into the crowd. The crowd Parted ways from the weregarurumon as it cried out in pain and looked back at the Toan. The only other sound was the laughter erupting from the Astamon. The blind teen stood up and went to the shaken Falcomon. The boy raised his hand and the Falcomon flinched, thinking he was about to suffer the same fate. Instead the boy raised his hand out to the Falcomon.
"5000 digi-money please."

After parting ways, the Astamon continued to chuckle at the recent event.
"Was that really necessary? You could have hold back a bit, although it was more entertaining this way."
Toan shrug as he was counting his money.
"Maybe, but it felt good."

A beating whisper struck Sheriti. Her body flinched from the illusion of her falling and colliding directly on impact against the floor. A small crowd disintegrated taking note of the tamer that began to stir from her sleep. They inquired amongst one another how they found human to be stranger than Digimon for falling asleep directly at the center of the road, specifically in broad daylight. Even her tamed Digimon partner, a scarf-less Impmon was sprawled on the ground.
Sheriti shifted her legs forward, sliding her arms beneath her chest. When she tilted her head back her bangs cascaded to her sides falling almost perfectly back into alignment. Her palms had tiny dents due to the gravel in addition to having a large red mark against her light skin. She suddenly realized her current position, releasing a sharp gasp. Her lips were pale and dry, dividing apart in her attempt to call her companion.
“Qurban…wake up.” Sheriti shook her Digimon’s purple body. “We’re in the middle of the street.”
Her Digimon began to come to his senses and awaken. The two rose to their feet, first the tamer before the Digimon. The female scanned the area identifying it. The battle field they were previously at had disappeared.
“So that’s it then.”
A clerk had just stepped behind the counter, entering the storage room. Sheriti leaned against the counter heaving a long sight. After a brief moment of a pause, she looked down at her palms and admire red the minor scratches that decorated her palm. She was recalling the brief battle or war that occurred in Network City- or perhaps Drive city? She was bothered by the bewilderment.
“We were right there- even he was right there…..” She extended her hand out casting a faint shadow over her Impmon.
Qurban watched his partner examine her limbs. In response he would do the same as well. He slid his tattered red gloves, twisting them before disposing them.
“Even Reniko was there….and now he’s disappeared….again….like I did….” The tamer bitterly whispered. She recollected herself after the clerk returned momentarily. Sheriti handed him an certain amount of coins, bartering for clothing.
“These are for you.” Sheriti said, opening the carton for her Digimon. She tied a new Green scarf around him in addition to matching gloves. Voices of other neighboring Digimon bellowed down the streets of the market. The couples vision was obscured by the mass Digimon and tamers barking toward one another. Sheriti’s curiosity sparked with interest as she was inclined to investigate the commotion. Although when she finished patenting her Impmon the crowd was slowly dwindling. There was nothing else to see in a few minutes as others lost interest quickly.
She did not recognize anyone…until her eyes locked onto a particular, rare Digimon.
"Is that....Toan I see? What are the odds...." She turned back towards her Impmon. "Do you believe everyone was transferred here?"

The Sadistic Toan

PostPosted: Tue Dec 21, 2010 9:39 pm

Alarmed, Toan raised his head as he heard his name from across the crowd. It had been faint and far away, but he had definitely heard it.
"That voice...Sheriti?"
The Astamon begin to scan the crowd of people and digimon till he saw a familiar face. He and Toan begin to stroll over toward the tamer and her impmon.
"Sheriti!"
Toan shouted as he began to sprint forward, dodging people left and right that had been in his way. He was a bit excited to meet an old friend again after having been through a war in network city. The teen quickly caught up to the girl and her digimon, his Astamon right behind him. The Demon digimon nodded his greetings at the girl and the Impmon and looked them over.
"Glad to see you both are well, Sheriti, although your appearance tells me you've been through a lot. I notice you guys we're at network city not too long ago. A real shame that we couldn't stop and talk at the time, but then again we all had our hands full."
Toan shook his head as he was reminded of the awful event. He had many regrets in that battle and was probably to late to make up for them now. He quickly extinguish the horrid thoughts from his mind and put on a smile for his friend.
"I'm happy that the both of you made it out alive. Why don't we go to a restaurant and get something to eat? You guys seem like your tired and hungry."
At the mention of food, Toan stomach begin to growled. He gazed down at his stomach for a second then burst out laughing.
"Well I am anyways."
PostPosted: Wed Dec 22, 2010 4:57 pm

Sheriti smiled wearily toward her friend masking her exhausted appearance. Her body was well equipped and re-energized for further adventures, although she might have overslept due to the frequent urges of yawning. Sheriti looked in the direction of Toan's partner, the Astamon and quickly examined the virus Digimon. As always, he dressed business casual, his clothes always ironed while any folds were straightened. Her attention returned to Toan after he nervously chuckled to disguise his light embarrassment of his stomachs growl. Sheriti pressed against her stomach as she attempted to see if she was hungry, but nothing. The tea and sugar cookies offered by on of the Demon Lords, Barbamon had satisfied her hunger. Qurban was in the same situation as his tamer, stuffed.
"Well, how about we stop over there yonder and wait for you, Toan." The Impmon suggested. He was quite familiar with Toan and his headstrong actions. The first encounter he had with Toan took place in another market, only that was when the Digimon behaved mischievously by impersonating a Devimon. On second thought, he might have recollected his memories from Sheriti's stories since it was actually an Angewomon who pinned him against the wall. However, that did not matter at the moment. “Sheriti and I already ‘ate’” He said, gesturing his hands in a quotation symbol knowing that cookies and tea should not be considered as food.
While Qurban answered Toan, Sheriti fumbled with her digivice. She switched a button, tapping against the screen. Her lips parted as if she wanted to add onto Impmon’s comment but she did not. “It’s been more than fourteen hours, Qurban since we were at Network City.” Her face flushed while she lifted her hand to cover her face. “We were asleep through the entire night on the ground- how embarrassing!“
Impmon looked over his shoulder, purposely allowing the jade colored scarf to envelop his chin. “Sheriti, it’s fine….”
“No! I don’t want people to think we’re hobos!” Sheriti squawked, grooming herself. She lifted her backpack from the ground, darting her eyes towards the left and over the right almost looking suspicious when she really was attempting to act natural. The edges of her digimon lips dropped while dimples formed in his temples; he felt discomfited.
After a brief moment, she recollected herself. Seeing as her friend and his Digimon simply stared at her, she decided they were expecting an idea. “I agree with, Qurban. Let’s just choose that restaurant there.” The female pointed toward a restaurant painted in a strong pastel blue and decorated with symbols of Digimon’s font. “Let’s eat there.” She said, regardless of her state.
The team stepped inside only to see a couple of Digimon scattered. The evening was approaching so not many families visited the restaurant and couples were already taking the check for delivery. The group chose a large booth located near the end of the restaurant but neared the salad buffet. After the events of Network City, Sheriti did not want to stare out her window to find a dead Boarmon or a Pucchiemon being clawed. A Pidomon approached the table faintly smiling after a long days work. The Digimon was in the midst of dropping four menus until Sheriti shook her head and said they were only here to see Toan and Astamon eat. The female tamer only asked for lemonade.
“…and a sundae?” Sheriti stared at a grinning Impmon whose face beseeched the treat. The tamer nodded, approving his request.
Before taking Toan’s request, the Pidomon wrote the female tamers request. The Digimon then turned his head in the direction toward the male, “and for the young gentlemen? Our special for today is well past its time, but you can order anything from the right side of the menu…” The waiter was not bothered by the tamers bandaged eyes. He had seen the group enter from he restaurant and make their way into the booth perfectly without trouble, yet he had the slight urge to list the menu for Toan’s sake.

The Sadistic Toan

PostPosted: Wed Dec 22, 2010 6:24 pm

"Is that right?"
Toan commented as he picked up a menu and tried to read it. The Astamon let him at it for half a minute before he cleared his throat.
"Would you perhaps want me to order for you?"
Toan looked up from his menu with a frown.
"I can read it on my own..."
"Maybe if the menu was in Braille."
Astamon took the two menu and handed it to the Piedmon.
"I'll have the pasta, light on the sauce if you could. The boy will have a chicken sandwich, no tomatoes. Can we also have a Coke and a Pepsi to go with that order?"
"Can I also have an order of fries to go with the sandwich?"
The Piedmon nodded as he wrote down the orders and took up the menus.
"The food shall arrive shortly."
The Piedmon commented before he depart to the kitchen. The Astamon watch as the Piedmon left with their orders before returning his attention back toward Sheriti and her Impmon.
"So what are you guys doing in Drive city anyways? Actually, a better question would be what happen to you guys in network city? It didn't look like you guys were there on sightseeing duty."
The Astamon sat back in his chair and took out a small journal and a pen from the inside pocket of his jacket. He begin to scribble some stuff down as he waited for them to answer.
PostPosted: Thu Dec 23, 2010 3:06 pm

“I saw him, Toan….” Sheriti finally said after the Piddomon was earshot from their table. Regardless of the few customers that waited to be tended or began to take their checks it seemed like the wild Digimon wanted to eavesdrop.
The small restaurant fell silent as it took interest in the conversation between the humans and their tamed Digimon. She shifted her bottom against the plastic, cushioned booth, bringing her arms forward and resting her elbows on the table. The girl was absent-minded of proper manners, but she was with Toan. He wouldn’t be bothered by this at all. Her chocolate pigmented eyes drooped down while her chin dug into her palm.
“I don’t know about you, but I was pretty set on getting out of that war. Qurban and I were so close to the exit until one Digimon stopped us….”
She rubbed her eyes. They still stung, slightly swollen beneath her eye lids. Before Toan or Astamon could make a comment she added, “I actually found Reniko after all this time away, but now what?” Sheriti hushed once the Piddomon returned with a tray.
He placed the drinks before the humans and their companions, brimming a smile. He chuckled lightly after mixing up a drink, but then walked off. It would be a few more minutes until the food would be completed.
Sheriti began to smack the table light, opening the straw. While she sipped, Qurban slowly carved the ice-cream. “The whole world is falling apart.” She said, directing her comment to the Digital World. “I feel that if I don’t find Reniko soon, I have a the feeling I will never see him again….”
The image of the Digital surface came to her mind. It crumbled into nothing, shattering the image of the environment. In addition, she saw various digimon scattering, falling prey under the deletion on the world. Their exo-skeletons were revealed as neon green graphs replaced their images. The screen sheets imitated the shape of the Digimon but then crushed itself from the inside out. Sheriti startled herself, then shook the thought away.
“You know, I find it funny…” The Impmon said, adding on. “At first we needed to get away from those two and out of Network City, but now we want to go back. You need too, I know.” He answered Sheriti before licking his spoon. The Imp was enjoying every little bite of the small sundae.
“Of coarse…” Sheriti attempted another smile. She released a heavy sigh, leaning back into the chair. “ Oh, Toan…the things we see. I saw Barbamon….do you know about the Demon Lords?” She inquired, looking at Toan, but then glanced toward Astamon. Sheriti easily explained Toan about her encounter with the Demon lord and went into detail about how her digivice failed to respond to Reniko’s appearance. Toan was a very close friend to her, so she could not keep secrets from him since he would eventually discover them himself anyways. However, she was successful in masking a detail.
Her Impmon listened carefully, slightly satisfied how well she did not speak of the bond Barbamon and her shared. It was inevitable.
“Well, how many hours have passed? Ten? Nine?”
“Fourteen.”
“It doesn’t matter. Maybe if we go back and look, there is a chance that Reniko is still underground.” Qurban said. After he saw Sheriti’s face grow dark he then added, “There’s hope, you know. Maybe you need that crest, right?” He attempted to enlighten her with comedy but that failed.
“Hope….” Sheriti repeated, feeling the Digivice of Reniko in her hand. She had brought it out to allow Toan to examine it while she recounted her story. “more like retribution of the Digital world. I think we’re ‘polluting it.’ You don’t think it’s under some sort of giant filler to reboot itself, do you?”
Qurban shook his head. “Don’t talk like that, I think you assume too much. If you’re unsure…then how about taking them with us?” Impmon gestures the spoon toward Astamon, “He- well they can accompany us while we go back to Network City. Be our bodyguards, if you say.”
Qurban grinned, revealing a small fang under his lip. "Well I- eh- will you stop that! You're making her feel as if being interrogated!" He waved his spoon toward Astamon as he continued to jot down notes.

The Sadistic Toan

PostPosted: Thu Dec 23, 2010 8:28 pm

The Astamon stopped jotting down and looked up, slightly embarrassed
"Pardon me, I was just trying to organize my check book."
He closed the book and place it in the inside of his jacket pocket. He then return his attention to the young miss and her digimon, his face suddenly got serious. He had been paying attention the entired time and was now trying to formulate his thoughts of the matter. Toan however just lean back in his seat as he took a sip of his glass of coke. In between sips he began to speak.
"So it was Barbamon that was at network city you say? Figured as much, I can see bit's and pieces of his dark aura still clinging onto your clothes. I'm guessing he hasn't changed much since the last time I met him."
Toan drained his glass and place it on the table. He though about what he knew about Barbamon. He didn't have any particular grudge or hatred for that demon lord. So he guess he doesn't hate the digimon, but then again he never help Toan either. It was more of a mutual feeling he guess.
"As for network city, sure We'll go back with you. I was just about to head back tomorrow mourning after a night rest, but if you guys are in a hurry we can go after we eat."
Just as he spoke of food, the Piedmon came back carry their orders. The food had smell great and mouthwater all the way from the kitchen. He set the food in front of them and refilled Toan drink. Astamon took out his wallet and paid for the food. Satisfy, the Piedmon kindly left with the money. Astamon then took out a napkin and placed it oover the color of his shirt so no sauce would stain his outfit. He took out a spoon and a knife and begin to rolled up his pasta with his knife and bought it to his mouth. Toan, unlike Astamon, lacked table manner and just picked up his sandwich and bit into it. It was delicious and the meat had been cook crispy layered in sauce, just the way he liked it. He took a few more bites and a sip from his newly refilled glass before he started talking again.
"So what did Barbamon said exactly? It not like he was there just to introduce you to an old friend."

A hellish looking digimon stood at the bar, next to a girl, her head buried within her hands. After a few moments of silence between the two he began poking her with the non-pointy end of his pitchfork. After the third or fourth poke the girl violently retaliated, throwing the digimon's pitchfork across the pavement. "Enough Tybalt, if your that bored go shopping with the other Rookies," Rebecca thought for a moment, "Or go slay some capulets," She commented underneath her breath. Tybalt the Phelesmon did not seem to mind, the shakespearian name he had been given by his newfound tamer, nor the constant allusions only she thought was funny. What bothered him was the fact that Rebecca, had dropped her poetic way of speech had been talking normally ever since Network City. Not that Pheles cared, he was a fallen angel digimon, the fact that he had bothered to boserve a human at this point was done out of pure boredom. The demon reassured himself, fearful he was growing soft. So the digimon held his tongue, even as his newfound friend continued to sulk. She had repressed so many feeling during the conflict, now they were catching up to her all at once. It was the sort of thing you told everybody else to leave you alone for, but really wanted to be surrounded by friends. Except Digimon weren't exactly the most empathetic bunch. Rebecca had allowed Riku to run off into the town with the other rookie digimon that had fought in Network City as a reward, while she stayed behind with the fallen angel. Rebecca might not have minded, had she not felt so tired. She was about to nod off again, when she felt a large hand on her shoulder. Rebecca turned around slowly, to find a paw resting on her shoulder. Standing behind her was a rather large panda, wearing a christmas hat. Rebecca's first reaction was to gape for a moment, before returning to her blank expression. Phelesmon also reacted, by poking the panda with his staff. After a minute of silence Rebecca had to ask. "And your name is?" . . . The question was met with silence.
Phelesmon piped up,"He looks like a Freddie!"

"Hi Freddy," Rebecca greeted the pandamon awkwardly. The pandamon stared at her, silently. It was kind of weird.

Sheriti signaled the Piddomon over by gesturing her hand to their table. While she waited for her bill, Sheriti remained, silent, feeling unease. Qurban, the purple, pigmented Imp slightly suspected Astamon's out of character behavior, though he ignored it once his spoon reached the bottom pit of his bowl.
"Nothing Toan, just the plain old, 'join the dark side'," Sheriti lied. It was already decided that she would not share more information than what was necessary. At this point the girl wanted to take her leave and return to Network city. It might be succumbed under ground by now by the unstable floor, but that depended on how well the city endured the violent attacks. She peeled a string of hair and plucked it before twirling it around her finger.
"If you need to recover and sleep, go for it, but we've slept long enough. Fourteen hours since that small war...I think that was plenty of time to recover." Sheriti said. Her Impmon adjusted his jade-colored scarf in response, signaling that he was well ready for more adventure. Neither of the two individuals felt pain, only they were slightly sore on a few sensitive spots. Sheriti flicked her arm away from the table, rolling her eyes. "It's not required. So you can always catch up with us latter then." She assumed Toan and Astamon had purpusely skipped their resting period. Knowing what events they faced, she did not want to trouble the two. "Not so much in a hurry here...." Sort of. Sheriti stared past Toan. Regardless of her friend being blindfolded, she could still sense his eyes locked in her direction. In addition to her thought, she pondered what exactly he meant by aura. However, Sheriti did not inquire into this.

Toan frowned but nodded his head, clearly unconvinced by her answer. However, he made no move investigate on any further with the topic. If she wanted to tell him anymore then she would, if not then it was not his place to know. Besides, he was keeping secretes himself. He finished his sandwich and begin to pick at his fries.
"Then we'll head out after lunch. It not like I'm out of energy and about to pass out. Besides, I'd rather not sleep if I don't have too..."
Astamon soon finish his meal and wiped his mouth with a napkin. Toan finished soon afterward and order a sundae. The sundae arrived quickly and Toan began to wolf it down as if his life depended on it. The Sundae had last only about ten second before Toan got a hold of it.
"Your going to get a brain freeze if you keep eating like that."
The Astamon commented as he finish his drink. Toan shrugged as he did the same.
After they finished, Toan left the prize money he won from the arm wrestling contest earlier as Tip and hopped out of his seat. He begin to stretch both his arms and cracked his neck. He hadn't felt this good in a long time.
"Shall we get going? Is their anything you guys would like to get ready before we head out in our journey? This could be a long trip and you never know what might happen."

The female shook her head while she rose from her seat. Qurban waited until she stepped aside before sliding off the seat himself. "I already bought fresh clothes and supplies, so i'm good. Let's just go." She pressed on by walking toward the exit. It was unlikely of her, but the girl really was eager to leave and return to Network City.
