She sighed and nodded. As she closed her eyes, she couldn't help but feel safe in his arms. Eva knew that she loved him and she knew that he was loved her. In the back of her mind, she still had that feeling of losing him. She tried not to think of it as she began to drift off to sleep.

He smiled as she started to drift off to sleep. He lied her down on the bed gently and crawled in next to her and fell asleep. He couldn't help but dream of what would happen with out her. He'd still be living with his parents after college, which he never graduated from. And then he was taken away do to clinical depression.

As usual, the sun was the first thing that woke her up. I need to get blinds to cover that window. She thought to herself and buried her head in Alex's chest. He was lying flat on his back with his arm draped around her. She had an arm wrapped around his chest and she was covering her eyes with his body. The warmth felt so good against hers. Outside she could hear birds chirping but they were beginning to get annoying.

He woke up slowly and saw a flurry of hair in his face. He blew at it a little before chuckling a little. "You know... your hair doesn't... taste very good." He said while trying to get hair out of his mouth.

She looked up and pulled her hair out of his mouth. "I'm sorry. The sun woke me up and I was too comfortable to move. I didn't mean to choke you with my hair."

He laughed. "It's ok. At least I woke up with you being the first thing I saw." He smiled and kissed her quickly. "How'd you sleep?"

"Better." She told him and snuggled closer. "I had another dream about the little girl. But this time there was also a little boy."

"Now there's two of them? Seems like the family just keeps getting better." He smiled and held her tightly.

She giggled and shrugged. "We'll just have to see how much better." The clock next to her bed read 830. "What time do you want to start getting your stuff? Cause remember we still have to stop by the shop so I can get some stuff for my bike."

"Well... we could get all freshened up. Then go to the shop. That opens at 9. Then after that we can go and get my stuff."

In the back of her mind, something was telling her not to go at all. To stay inside all day but she pushed the thought aside. "Sounds good. I call the shower first." She jumped out of bed and took a shower. She changed into some fresh clothes and walked out of the bathroom as she shrugged the water out of her hair with a towel. "Your turn babe." She smiled as she kissed the top of his head.

Alex smiled and kissed her back. He got up and headed into the shower. After he got out he dried up and went back to the room. "Ok, you ready to go." He asked her, leaning against the door frame with a smile.

As he stepped out of the bathroom she was just finishing putting on her shoes. "Yep." She smiled and hoped into her car. When they got there, Eva grabbed the stuff that she needed for her bike and placed the items in her car.
"Hello Alex." A voice said from behind them. Eva turned around and looked at a woman who was smiling at her fiance. Her stomach was bigger than the rest of her body and she cradled it with protection. The woman looked to me and smiled. "Hello, I'm Angela. Alex's wife." She smiled and held out her hand for Eva to shake but Eva just stood there frozen. Finally, she turned to Alex and folded her arms waiting for an explanation.

Alex blinked and then stared at the two. "Angela... we never got married. I never even proposed to you." He told her and looked at her stomach. It was bulging as she held it. "Angela what are you doing here? There's nothing between us anymore." He told her and turned to Eva. His eyes pleading for forgiveness.
