and still learning...>,<well, there are free image manipulation programs you can download. it's not as customizable and as fancy as photoshop, but it works. also, photoshop has a free version online.

@Ron~ I have Picasa and Gimp, but I'll have to try that free version of photoshop. What I'm really hoping for is a tablet and/or (at the least) a scanner. My main artistic medium has always been drawing.
