Ok well my first attridute I just thought that it would have been cool but i will change it to a lower rank like maybe C? The abuse one is i meant it like he put himself through tough and not normal training sessions so he would be counted as abusive but in you statement about me losing my chakra function right it said nindo and his nindo is Blood will rain as i become stronger so even if he cut hiself it would be fine I think and the pellets are a Odorless and colorless smoke and i was going to change that up a but cause i saw that it was vauge in my eyes but it works like this every post for five post it sucks ten points of chakra away from my opponents and fellow teammates but i do not get them. It is basically like making them use chakra for stupid things so i would guess it is like it is disruptiing their chakra control?? but if i make these changes and add that last bit about the pellets to make them more understandable would it be approved??
And will be changeing the attributes to these slightly increased endurance and can break genjutsu slightly easier. I am also going to be removing the chakra pellets and adding razor wire along with kunai and shuriken

naito grew up in a lower class while being a hyugga his parents were still fairly low in rank and not the richest he therefore learned to live with what he had and gained his attitude from the "survive" mentality. He was never allowed out much as a kid because of his parents over protectiveness they kept him locked inside unless he was practicing outside the house or at the academy which is where his antisocial attitude comes in. but depsite all of this he has learned somethings are good some are bad and some people are just intolerable and need to be punched in the face and hes happy to do so.

Personality: Vergil is a very calm person by nature, he generally never allows things to get to him and does not typically seek out trouble. He is also a fairly even keel person as well, he does display emotions but they are generally far less than the normal person portrays along with them not generally displaying his true feelings (or at least the degree to which he feels them). He is a very complacent person and extremely obedient when it comes to commands from someone that is superior to him. He is also a fairly happy person, taking pride in himself and his way of life meaning that he enjoys what he does and likes the idea of training and completing missions. Vergil is generally fairly quiet, he says what needs to be said and doesn't usually talk excessively. When around those he doesn't know very well he can be extremely unsocial and very quiet. However around those he has come to trust and even like Vergil will be truly open and will display just how social he can truly be. Vergil was raised to be a loyal man. Nothing else matter in his family above loyalty. Sadly enough this has done nothing to abolish his lust for power. Not political power but power to destroy those that would threaten his family and the Snow Village. He started showing a talent for ninjutsu at a very young age. Since he was old enough to have a choice he has devoted himself solely to the arts of the ninja, Ninjutsu. This is partly due to his enjoyment of learning and execution of new Ninjutsu. Also, change kanabo mastery to -1 post.
Wouldn't bukijutsu be 01 / 01 if you have Hakyoku listed?
@Baku: Change the second attribute. If you want to keep it, you could change it to something like, "Speed is slightly increased".
@Naito: Approved
@Azeiel: Change your first attribute. No hand signs would be overpowered.

Can I make an appeal concerning the Kanabo Mastery? He's unable to perform genjutsu or ninjutsu, so tai and bukujutsu are all that he has to work with. Everything else has been edited.

iOath @Assassin: Approved. @Baku: Approved. @Secret: If you say something like, "-2 posts to learn Bukijutsu in exchange for not being able to use ninjutsu or genjutsu", then sure. Also, why does it say that he can learn 3 ninjutsu? The three ninjutsu must have slipped my mind when I filled out the classes information. I worked on each section separately. I've edited it to read 00/00. "Kanabo Mastery" has also been edited to read "-2 posts to learn Bukijutsu in exchange for not being able to use ninjutsu or genjutsu" as you suggested.
