I think that describes my day. pretty much.

Sometimes it's pretty hard to fight back when depression has you in it's clutches.

yeah. it is. when the apathy takes over life turns into one non important piece iof far off activity. almost like areally intricite dream. you can't tell the difference soemtimes.

That's when it starts to get dangerous, when you don't care enough to try to distinguish the two.

When the world is just a daze and the only things them seem solid and clear are intangible... then there is cause to worry.

yes, i know, it's why i hat emy depression, it no longer just slowly builds, it's a sneak attack in the back. and it triggers at no recognizable things.

You need something you can focus on that will help you fight back at it. Something as simple as a good memory, or a pet that you can care for and play with, to something as complex as a vent or release like poems, art, music, ect.

i read. or listen to music or both. but all that really helps me is time.

Sometimes time can be the best healer, or at least it helps scars fade away into obscurity.
