The poster on YouTube posted the translation and a short explanation of the format underneath the blurb in Serbian. Basically, it follows the usual format for Slavic Epic Poetry - the singer asks a series of questions, then responds to them. I'll post the English of this song and adapt it a little for readability:

What is so white atop the Šara Mountain?
Is it snow, or a white flock?
Neither snow, nor a white flock.

That is Milka's tent,
Milka is grieving and mourning for her brother,
whom the Turks captured and hung.
