"Im glad you asked." A voice said as a small robotic drone came into veiw. "Delrag." Dessenger said. "Correct perfect lifeform. And to answer your question rodent this is my biolizard. You see when Gerald was puttiong the finishing touches on his I bribed one of his assitants to steal and later transport some of it genetic material to me. once the man gave it to me I took it and improved it making stronger faster and not reliant on that rediculios life-support system." with a luagh Delrag pulled back. "And don't bother destroying this I have a thousand more ready to take its place."

Seriku was looking at a newspaper that had a story from Mobius. About half of Mobius was ruled by a wise and powerful Emperor who was peaceful and loved and his son had apparently disappeared one day, there were no enemies to suspect and it was thought the son had simply left. The picture shown looked very royal like with similar hair to Seriku just a different style but it was pretty common style from the areas of the empire. The son had been blessed with the power of wind which was a rare gift of the bloodline and it allowed amazing speed and agility. Anyone would have guessed it was Seriku till they looked at the hair colour and how the face appeared to have more muscles showing in the picture and the skin shade was much darker in the picture. The name of the son was Kerisuchian which was a unique name by law of the empire that only the ruling bloodlines could have set names.

Hyukia had also seen the news and it was interesting that a story of Mobius had reached earth but the person was being looked for so Hyukia was not suprised that the news had been informed as a huge reward was being offered for any information on the sons location. Hyukia just looked at more in the newspaper. Eggman was not bothered by the story, he wished he could find the son just for the reward to fund an army of robot production but knew he would not as this boy had managed to get away from all the empires intelligence agencies.

"I think we just do whatever we can do we'll win we always have." With that Dessenger ran once again towards the monster. He couldn't lose with Delrag behind this thing who knew what he would do with it.

Kayonis' puches didn't even phase the diamond hard scales of the monster. With a roar the creature brought its foot back and sent Kayonis flying. Jumping through the air Dessenger grabbed Kayonis and broke his fall. "I don't think we are doing that much." he said. The lizard reared up on its hind legs and slammed on the ground sending a large tremor that knocked the NG on the feet.

"Shadow, you need not bow to me," said the Emperor.
"Your status demands it, no matter how high rank I am in the empire's intelligence agencies," Replied Shadow.
"You know the situation then?" the Emperor asked, his voice filled worry.
"Find your son, Kerisuchian, and get him to return to here," answered Shadow.
"As always, you prove that my faith is not misplaced," said the Emperor, his ruling had clearly been lesser since his son had disappeared.
"We have confirmed that he is not located in the empire which covers just over half of Mobius and he is unlikely to have remained with the gateway to Earth opened," Shadow said showing some evidence of the claim.
"You might be gone a long time, you should see Amy before you leave, she will be worried about you," said the Emperor, making sure that others did not suffer where he could.
"I have a request on that actually," said Shadow.

About half an hour later ...

"So you have another job but this time on earth?" asked Amy, welcoming Shadow home.
"It seems that the Emperor is taking some action, after all the festival of elements is coming up and the bloodline oath must be upheld," said Shadow taking a seat.
"So, you go find Kerisuchian while I wait her worried for you, awaiting your return," asked Amy disapprovingly.
"Yes and No," said Shadow with a grin,"I go to earth looking for Kerisuchian and you come with me as a holiday," Shadow said.
"Really?" Amy squeaked with excitement. Shadow nodded.
"We should leave soon at the gateway is outside the empire and we are quite far from it," said Shadow getting up.
"Just think, we have not been on Earth in awhile now, do you think it will have changed much?" Amy asked thinking about it.
"Only one way to find out," Shadow said and before Amy managed to say anything Shadow had skated around to her and let her rest her head against him as they often did.
"Just think, we will get to spend more time together when I am not searching," Shadow said.
"Shadow," Amy said thinking,"So you think we will get married ever? We have been going out together for a long time now,"
"I don't know really, the Emperor thinks I should but, I don't think that we will be able to settle down as the empire may not have enemies but the T.E.I.A.D.M (The Empires Intelligence Agency and Defense Ministry) does, not many people know about us but if we married, it could put you in danger which I don't want to see happen." said Shadow with a sigh.
"Lets just enjoy what we have then," Amy said with a smile still in Shadow's arms. She knew Shadow would not do anything like this unless it was the only way.

"Do you think Kerisuchian got away from the Empire as he did not want to rule it?" asked Sophie.
"I think he needs a chance to be a person and not an idol to the people," answered Flage drinking from his mug,"We might not be in the empire but it is likely they will come here to search from the boy,"
"The gateway," said Sophie looking out of the window, it was just outside the area of there garden.
"Either way, Kerisuchian will have to either return by choice or by force," Flage said not approving with the idea of people being forced to do something.
"He really could not stand it any longer," Sophie said sadly thinking of how unhappy Kerisuchian seemed as an idol.
The door opened and Rebbeca rushed to Sophie pulling on her clothes to get her attention. Sophie knelt down and let her explain.
"Scary hedgehog by the house," Rebecca said looking at Sophie.
"I will check it out," said Flage getting up putting on his jacket.(A new one not the one Cruge has as it was returned to him on his revival)
The front door closed behind Flage.
Flage saw who Rebecca had meant and they were in the garden to the side of the house walking through it.
"Can I help you?" Flage asked, trying to be polite and find out what they were doing.
"We are going to the gateway," Shadow replied taking another few steps.
"It is common for people to not enter someones garden and destroy the flowerbeds," Flage commented pointing to the ruined hedge and flowers that had been crushed.
"We're sorry," said Amy looking at the flowers,"We could not get through the trees at any other point and we are just passing through,"
"Why you going to the gateway anyway?" asked Flage.
"We're going to earth, so mind your business," Shadow said getting a little angry at Flage for slowing them down.
"And do you have permission to use it?" asked Flage as he had been charged with watching it.
"And why would I need that," Shadow asked, stopping Amy from saying anything.
"Because the authority of the kingdom of the Acorn family and the required rules of G.U.N means you have to register on entrance and exit," said Flage stepping in front of the gateway,"Sorry but my job does not let me allow people to use it without permission,"
"Thats too bad," said Shadow wanting to get out of her as it was starting to get dark on Mobius.
"Fine try it and see what happens," Flage said stepping aside with a looking of warning and acceptance that Shadow was going to try anyway. No sooner had he moved Shadow advanced with Amy not far behind. Shadow stepped onto the gateway but some energy came from it making him fall backwards just missing landing on Amy.
"Now if you want to pass, please come and do this the required way," said Flage hinting them to follow to a small office that had been built onto the house.
Shadow entered as Flage held the door open for them but Amy stopped and apologized for how Shadow had acted. She was used to Shadow being duty bound so she did not mind.

Half an hour later in the office ...

"Well that concludes your requirements to enter the gateway, Shadow and Amy," said Flage putting some papers together and putting them away.
"How often do people come through the gateway," asked Shadow not saying about his true mission or why he wanted to know.
"It is rare, most people can not just go to earth as G.U.N have a strike control on it," said Flage.
"Anyone looking like this?" said Shadow handing him a picture of Kerisuchian in normal clothes so he looked like an average person.
"No, only 1 has been through any time soon," said Flage,"He was not Kerisuchian but Seriku, someone from the Nihon eastern kingdom. Flage showed them a small island on a map far from the empire.
"Can we go now?" Amy asked excited as she wanted to see how earth had chanced.
"You will need these," said Flage, passing them a few papers including passports and some of earths currency.
"Enjoy, your holiday, Shadow, I don't want to know what your really doing," said Flage knowing Shadow had be lying. With that Shadow grunted at him and Amy and Shadow left to go to the gateway.

(Gateway movement has delays so they do not arrive on Earth yet)

Kayonis was hit hard enough he flew into a tree and was rendered unconscious. Sonia awoke and rubbed her head. "Man that hurt." She moaned. SHe watched as Dessenger continued to battle. She looked towards Kayonis and rushed towards him. "Kayonis, hang on." She said. 'What can I do? I'm not match for that. If Kayonis was rendered unconscious, what chance do I have?' She thought. Manic and Iko arrived shortly. "Whoa What is that thing?!" Manic cried out. "You're asking me?" Iko said. "Yuck, whatever it is, it's disgusting!" She complained. "Guys over here! Kayonis is hurt!" Sonia called. "You help Dessenger, I'll see if Kayonis needs help!" Iko told Manic. "Right!" Manic said and ran towards the fight.

(Strider, I'll let you take over on the battle, I don't know exactly what you're planning.)

"Damn is this guy indestructible?!" Manic asked. Iko and Sonia were too busy trying to carry Kayonis out of harms way. They heard the explosions smelled the smoke and the roars of the creature. As soon as they were safe they turned. "Oh my God!" Iko cried out. "G.U.N is having absolutely no effect!" Sonia said.
