Kyo unconsciously squirmed a little, though just by impulse. There was a comforting warmth all around him, which only made him fall deeper into sleep.

Gikishou blushed at the squirming in his lap, but didn't wake him, just holding him and eventually falling asleep himself.

It wasn't long before Kyo woke up. The sky had now darkened, but there was still a sunset. The fireflies on the roof were probably wondering about what was going on right now.

GIkishou felt Kyo move some as he woke up, and slowly woke up as well, looking at him and smiling. "Ready to say hi to our glowing friends?" He asked, nuzzling him.

Kyo nodded eagerly after Giki-san asked the question. He didn't want to worry the fireflies, since apparently they were late for yet another meeting. Well, it was really a friendly gathering, but they were still late.

Gikishou nodded and put him on his back, also snagging a blanket before heading up, smiling when the fireflies saw them and made a waving hand. He sat down and held Kyo in his lap, hugging him.

Kyo watched, amused, as the fireflies formed a hand of some sort. It was strangely adorable or something of the sort, seeing them arrange into such a shape. He then began wondering why some people didn't think animals were intelligent.

"Sorry we're late. Someone decided that they needed a nap." He said with a grin, hugging Kyo and wrapping the blanket around them.

The fireflies seemed satisfied with that answer and settled on the roof, staring at the teen couple. Kyo felt a little uncomfortable by their stares. It seemed questioning, this aura that formed.

Kyo rubbed his back and the fireflies still waited. Gikishou finally knew that they were waiting for. "He doesn't know if he loves me yet." He told them, still hugging Kyo.

At that very answer, the lights dimmed a little as if they were disappointed. Kyo wanted to say something, but he had nothing to say. His mind was pretty much blank.

"Apparently shorter life spans lead to impatience." He said with a chuckle, to which the fireflies attacked him playfully, tugging lightly at strands of hair and causing him to laugh.

Kyo giggled when the fireflies swarmed around Giki-san. It seemed funny how the junior's face was covered with bright lights to the point where his face would be lost in a large ball of light.

When they pulled away, Giksihou was still laughing, smiling at Kyo and kissing his cheek lightly.
