Hey, I wanna have 30(+?) lbs lost by my birthday, too! I have a little more time, though... July 30. I'm planning on having a beach party, so I gotta look great in a bikini! burning_eyes

Comments:
Yay, I have returned to swim practice. whee Yeah, being sick sucks. Also, my lunch today wasn't that great, but I blame the school cafeteria and me & my family being too sick to go to the grocery store to buy lunches. Also, I have a couple small goals (that are unrelated to each other): eat more dairy and get more sleep. I have had like, almost no dairy lately. I don't know why... also, I've always struggled with getting enough sleep, but I found out recently that a lack of sleep can make your body hang on to fat, so it's actually relevent to this journal. surprised

10x50 freestyle

8x50 alternating butterfly & freestyle
10x50 freestyle sprint

Omg, I made varsity swim team! eek eek I have no idea how I managed that. Anyway, good day except for the pizza.

WAY TO GO!

I should try to get in on some kind of swim practice, but I have to actually learn to swim properly. ;_;

Seismic Schist: If you really wanna swim (I reccomend it, it's GREAT excersize, and you get a nice tan!), it's almost summer and most public pools give free or cheap swim lessons in the summer, even to teens/adults. 3nodding Oh, and super cute avie, by the way! biggrin

swim meet (not much excersize but oh well)

Comments:
Today was lacking in excersize and vegetables. >.< otherwise pretty good.

I had a pretty good day yesterday but I forgot to record it... oh well. I got a new dance mat (my old one was so bad that it pissed me off too much to play DDR anymore), so I can start playing pretty much as soon as the swim season is over on May 1! biggrin And... I needed moar dairy, fruit, and vegetables today. confused
