I used to be totally against Yaoi. Probably because all of my friends were and other people..
I actually can't remember when I got so into Yaoi though. >.<

You know... I did not even know anything about yaoi anime till i met my sexy Ruppychan.. he so cute and yea he got me into it.. As for yaoi in general.. I don't see what the big deal is about guy on guy stuff.. Why is everyone so agaist it... Love is jsut a strange thing and it is not something one can control. Lets see.. i lost my virginity when i was 8, so i had a small bit of knowlage of sexuality.. and the first guy that tried anything with me was the same age as i was ... 10 and i was not against it at all.. just it was odd to me.. but yeai have not really ared about that.. its something most will experince and should jsut embrace it.. but anyway.. i rant and ramble...ignore me

sweatdrop I've got a (somewhat) funny story. See, everyone in my group of friends loved yaoi. But we all thought that everyone was against it, so all of us pretended to hate yaoi
Until finally one day I was like "You know what?! I LIKE YAOI!"
And then we discussed the hotness of guys making out with guys...

I used to be... you see, I wasn'y exactly a supporter of homosexuals a few years back. And yaoi pairings in non-yaoi anime was pointless to me. But, on Gaia, there was this thread... completely dedicated to yaoi. Curious, and ready to bash people for their yaoi loving ways (kidding, kidding!), I went to the thread and then saw the pictures. And, for some reason, I couldn't look away... but my true yaoi loving ways didn't come full swing until I got into Ouran High Schol Host Club, at first disgusted by the Hikaruxkaoru pairing (because.. really! They were twins! Though they weren't actually together, their little scenes... ugh!), but then they became my favourite pairing along with many other yaoi pairings from the anime, and now I like yaoi pairings from others. ^_^

I don't think I was ever against yaoi. In fact that's kind of how I learned that gay guys existed. I just stumbled upon some digimon fan art that I thought to be cute. I never saw anything wrong with hit, so I've never had a problem with yaoi~!

I have always been a yaoi fan. When I was 5 I had my first crush on a boy, he was my best freind to which made me, sad. I had always dreamed of him kissing me at that age. So why wouldnt I be a yaoi fan lol

I can't remember if I was ever against it. I got into it around... age 12?
.....
I am 22 year's old now. That's 10 years. Back than, there were no big websites, there wasn't but a few dozen decent artists and writters on the internet who were yaoi-fans.
You guys have no idea the difference =D I started when I was looking for some smutish fanfiction on Ronin Warriors, I'ms ure I was looking for straight stuff but found yaoi instead. <3 <3

I've always been a bit of a pervert. I started reading lemon fanfics near the end of Grade 6. I was especially a fan of Gundam Seed's Mwu x Murrue pairing. However, I stumbled on a fanfic called Matsurai, an Asuran x Kira one-shot. Oh. My. GOD. Needless to say that I was a) Traumatized b) Converted c) In need of a tissue to wipe up the blood, and some cold water to my face. Since then, I've been reading, watching, writing, roleplaying, Sims-ing and dreaming Yaoi. In Grade 7, though, I got in trouble for it, since I was daydreaming in class. xd

well... I wasn´t interested in those things. I just watched regular shoujo/romance anime at first. then my best friend told me that she saw Gravitation and it was a boyXboy relationship. I was like this: O.O; WTF...? I was never against it but otherwise I never thought I would watch something like this. It was ... cute heart and interesting 3nodding but like I said: I was never against it, for me it was a normal thing when two boys start to kissing and stuff....

I don't think I was ever against yaoi, the thought hadn't occured to me and after reading a few fics and some fan arts I got hooked. I also found out a couple friends of mine came out and said they were gay (they were guy friends) so I support yaoi.
