I'm 13 and I'm 5'3".
My parents say if I drink a lot of milk and play basketball or jump rope, I'll get taller. =/

I'm 15, and I'm 5'7"...(I'm a chick, BTW)...I'm taller than both my parents. But I think its because I came to Canada when I was young. I swear...the food here makes you grow, A LOT

My parents say to sleep early and drink milk. Drink as little cafine as you can; it stunts your growth. My mother also says to play basketball. xDD So you get taller I guess. Coz the basketball players are tall...?

But anyway, the stepfather says only when you are in deep sleep
[when you`re dreaming] then that`s when you start growing.

I `unno if that`s true. But yeah.
