We have economic stability, therefore the conditions are not right for a facsist government; on top of that we also have a stark remider of what facsism can do. The Nazis. I think people have learned sensible politics.

I beg to differ:

British National Party
Monster Raving Looney Party
Veritas
New Labour
LIBERAL DEMOCRAT

Do these words conjour the image of sensible politics to you?

Yes, but nobody votes for the far extremist groups. The lib dems are centre in politics, therefore they are NOT extremist, only radical in their views that are becoming more and more LESS radical.

So you're saying that the MRLP is an example of sensible politics?

I SAID people are LESS likely to vote EXTREMISTS LIKE THE MRLP. The lib dems are RADICALS, not EXTREMISTS. Thankyou.

We were not discussing extreemism, we were discussing sensible politics

THEREFORE, if people DO NOT VOTE EXTREMISTS they are being SENSIBLE...
Get it?

NOT TRUE! The MRLP are not extreem.....How is it more extreem to ask Europe to join the pound than it is to accept their invitation to join the euro? And how is it extrem to make a 99p coin? That is a good policy! In fact, their domestic policies make them less extreem than most other parties! Ignoring the goat thing, that is

what i would like for the British People to do is for them to basically justr vote ANTI-LABOUR.
i.e.
LAB/CON marginals.
all voters, lib dem, con, and others alike to vote for the CON candidate.

in LAB/LD marginals.
all voters to vote LD, i dont care if your CON! just vote for them to get Labour out of that seat.

you get the idea?

tatical voting, because the tories dont have a hope in hell of getting in....

That's not the way democracy should work though - you shouldn't vote against a party, but for a party who represents what you want.

i know that but in this case i believe it would be a good move as it would smash labours majority to about 20 or something, i dont know the exact numbers but it would be a hell of a lot less than we have today. and it would be much better for the country.

If they have a majority, that's because the majority of people support them, surely?

If that's the case, I fail to see why would should try to smash the opinions of the majority (even if they are stupid)
