I get heaps of s**t all the time about liking My Chem, and it's from everyone. Family and all. Mum took away my MCR CD's once because she thought I'd kill myself if I listened to them. I was SO pissed at her.

yeah noo one really makes fun of me but my friends kinda pick on me. they say with the exception of me only teemy boppers listen to MCR.

Yeah i'm starting to think i'm to only 20 year old that likes them other then my best friend who thinks they're hot in those tight jeans... i agree...

The Sword And The Faith X_Sweet_IntoXication_X i have had so many rumors spread about me because of my dress/music style. here are the top three.
1. I'm anorexic (i'm super skinny. i eat alot, but i never gain weight.)
2. I'm suicidal (used to be. not anymore)
3. I'm a lesbian (i have no idea) I got the lesbian one too, and I have no clue how... oh well high school is done and over with... Wait! Aren't we....you liar! You cheat on meh! D<

Once you get out of high school or whatnot it won't happen as much. It will a lot online. stressed I get people on Myspace and YouTube saying I'm 'fake' because I listen to My Chem, AFI and Aiden. Its like whatever. I'm old enough to NOT care. rolleyes My own mom isn't happy that I listen to the bands I do but she says it my choice.
People can't stand to see when someone is happy with their life. They also never to seem to understand how much a band can mean to someone.

PirateFairyEnchantress MCR and music like that is sort of accepted where i live (Merry Old England). I don't ever get stupid comments about my taste in music, even if i wear my MCR t-shirt. Well, ok, i've had a few stupid comments from a few stupid people, but i don't resppect those people enough to care. People are actually pretty laidback about other's taste in music in my area, because there are so many different cultures and groups of people. I love it. What part of england do you live in? I wanna move there!! I've been bullied all my life about one thing or another. Forget what they say it never gets easier! The one thing that really bugs me is that when I get my hair dyed I'm a poser yet when its not died I'm fake. confused I actually got the lesbian thing too........

i like the music so i listen to it
i had one person tell me they stoped listening to them becasue they were too popular whatever i listen to who i want

? Well, in my school, people generally think emo is like, a joke but whenevr they go oooh youre EMO, I just glare at them like I want to rip them apart. Works every time!

I know nobody in my school that likes My Chemical Romance and would talk about them with me.
It's the most annoying thing EVER.. D:<
MCR are just normal people and everyone calls them fags.
What if we called THEM fags for once?
Would they act differently?

I do get teased every now and then for liking them. There are like only two people at my school who likes them as much as I do.

It's normal. It's nothing new, just get over it and ignore them.
I've been called emo ever since 8th grade. They call ALL my music emo, even Three Days Grace which pisses me off. It's just them being immature bastards, there's nothing you can do about it.

at my school actually i just get asked if i'm emo and i say no andthen they ask me if i'm a punker.theres like a bunch of people at my school that are like punk and emo and stuff like that and we wear uniforms now so people don't really judge and i think a couple people at my school like mcr and if they see my cd they're like oh where'd you get it and whats weird is that they call my school ghetto and gangster cause lots of mexicans and lots of other cultures go there.

I've been called 'emo' by random persons because I adore MCR more than anything. I tend to burst out laughing when they throw such comments at me, though.
Also, there was this guy who said they were all a bunch of fags, and I was like, "Yeah! And have you seen Frank and Gerard make out? It's SO hot! They should like totally do it more often!" After that, he was like, "WTF. O_O" His expression was priceless I tell ya.

Yes, but not frequently. Just whenever theres a lull in the action at school and kids get bored so they pick on people.
Theres only like 2 other people at my school that love MCR as much as I do, and they arent emo. Or anything. One day theyll be "emo" and the next day theyll be wearing some Ambercrombie. Thats why kids at my school have learned not to lable us.

there's this one stupid girl in my class, on my first day of sixth form, we had to like introduce ourselves and stuff, i said i like MCR, and she must have said something about MCR are stupid or something like, i didn't hear her, but coz the teacher was like telling her to shutup, so she mustn't be saying something good about MCR -.-
