The adrenaline continued to pump, even once she knew she was on solid ground. "Oh... Oh my god," she panted. "That...that was so close..." She was near babbling. Mera wasn't used to being saved like that, not from someone who often showed such disinterest for her person.

Psykgi remembered this place - a powerful memory of a blueblood eating cake shoved its way through her thinkpan. She didn't know why that was so intensely remembered, or why she cared.
This place was very different now. And more nasty than anything. Still, maybe there was something to be found here. Or more memories. Or... not. Psy didn't know.
What she could tell was that some...thing... was living there. Something utterly foul and rot-y. She looked askance at a stinking puddle and moved right on.

It took some looking - and some strategic use of her military grade face mask - but Psykgi finally found a promising pile of as-yet-undisturbed rubble. She started to dig through it, spongeclots open to the sounds of other exploring trolls around her, when suddenly her focus was taken up by an interesting looking object falling at her feet.
"Ohhh?" she grinned, bagging and tagging it as protocol required. She couldn't tell exactly what it was, but it looked interesting. Hers now. She could find out what it was later, when she wasn't digging through rubble...

The rubble pile was a lot like one of those sticks games. She wanted to get deeper into it, but at the same time it could crash and break her bones.
Again, like one of those sticks games, though unlike those sticks games she didn't think even her lusus could cusion the blow enough for it to be fun. Carefully, carefully, she edged out a piece of promising rubble... only to find that it was just that. Rubble.
It took some looking - and some strategic use of her military grade face mask - but Psykgi finally found a promising pile of as-yet-undisturbed rubble. Psykgi jumped at the sound of ripping, nearly causing a catastrophic landslide of rubble that would have probably broken her arm or other parts of her.
Giving the newly 'decorated' wall an uncertain look, she backed away from it and resumed her rubble picking in such a way that she could keep an eye on it. Why, oh why, was she alone for this nonsense?
"I really need to make sure I have a partner for these things..." she mumbled, more than a little on edge.

Psykgi had only a few moments warning before she had to skitter the ******** away from her rubble pile to avoid a massive section of stairway coming right for her cute little head.
The floor groaned beneath it as it settled into it's new home, the entire room creaking over the abyssal catacombs below. Psy's pushbiscuit pounded, and she could almost taste the beat of it in her mouth as she backed away to a more sturdy-looking section of floor.
"Well, at least it's coming down by itself." she noted, as much for herself as for her lusus, who had emerged around her for the moment - just to check on her. She should, she thought to herself, really be thinking of getting out of this room for now...

Psykgi felt the room distort unstably around her and began to make her way out quickly. A crunch in the water beneath her feet stabbed at her nerves, but it only made her move even faster. Which was good, because she wanted to get back outside, to her city, out of this shitty festerhole of a mansion to look at her new find and talk to people.
