Once again, Princess Rei glanced up from her drawing to see yet another familiar face. She couldn't help but smile a little and waved back politely at Yukari, her dear neighbor. Much seemed to be on her mind, but she ignored the thoughts for the moment, turning back to her artwork. Without a word, Rei set the menu down upon the table using her opposite hand. Regardless of how things went that morning, it was still hard to believe she'd see a few companions now and then. The waiter on the other hand, seemed a rather unique kind of person. She didn't dare try to bother him, knowing it would be rude to interrupt someone when they're working.

"Nice to meet you, then, Yukari. I don't think your sister mentioned her name...but she did seem quite busy." Anna notices that Yukari hadn't responded to Etheri in regards to food, and glances towards her waiter. "If you could cover the bottom of the glass with cream before you put the coffee in, that would be good. That way when you pour the coffee, the cream mixes with it then and there. I think that's the best way, myself." She notices Yukari wave to someone and turns around, seeing Rei there. She gives Rei a wave and a smile as well, then turns back to Yukari. "Your sister seemed nice enough, though we didn't really have a chance to talk in depth. Had to get back to the spa to work. I should pay myself double for taking on two jobs." She laughs at that for a moment. "And yes, I would say StarCreek is a nice enough place. Well, when the town crazy witch, or some other crazy person, isn't causing you to be sent to the hospital. Luckily I had a good doctor."

 Etheri SilasElf, Waiter ◊≈◊Profile◊≈◊◊≈◊Current Outfit◊≈◊ ¤ He had listened in on their conversation. While hearing of another's job wasn't his business, It seemed interesting. His curiosity was piqued more when Yukari had begun talking about the event everyone was making such a fuss about. While he wanted to know more about what had happened, he had a job to do. Not to mention how awkward it would be to bring up something bad that had happened when another customer was waiting. When he heard of someone stopping the person responsible he commented: "It's pretty heroic of them to do that." before hearing her choices. Upon hearing both their orders, he wrote the specifics on the notepad and nodded. "That does sound like a good way to have coffee, efficient too." He responded followed by a light chuckle. "Your food should be out soon." He added. Flipping the page to prepare for the next order, he went over to Rei's table. The drawing she had made caught his eye. "Lovely picture." He complimented, before realizing that Rei must've waited awhile. Taking note of what she had done, he appreciated that she had been patient. "Sorry for the wait. I'm Etheri by the way. May I take your order?" ¤
Mood: Calm, Observant, Friendly, Curious
Thinking: Halloween still seems to be lingering. Speaking of which, I should stop hovering and take the next customer's order.

The sound of the elven gentleman's voice seemed to catch Princess Rei's attention, to which her gaze had shifted to. It was indeed the person she recognized from yesterday. Rei managed to give a small, shy smile at his compliment about her artwork.
"Thank you. It's nice to meet you, Etheri. I'm Princess Rei Riberu." she answered calmly. Glancing towards the menu, then back at Etheri, she realized she'd almost forgot what she wanted, but then soon remembered. "I'll have scrambled eggs with bacon and some pancakes... with milk please." Rei concluded, glad to relax a little despite the lengthy shift she had earlier at the hospital. He seemed much taller than her, like the other elves who lived around her mother's homeland. However, Rei could only guess he came from a completely different place much further away, even from StarCreek.

Hearing Etheri's comment about the person who stopped Davina being "heroic", Anna has to focus a large part of her willpower to not burst into laughter. Yeah, heroic...if it was that cop that was getting it handed to him, then it was way more luck than heroism. That guy was clueless...I did more to stop her in the main area than that poor thing... She covers her mouth, under the guise of wiping a little food away, to cover her amusement, hoping it worked. After a moment, she clears her throat. "Yeah, the Halloween event was something I was referring to." As she says that, her hand goes to her left shoulder, remembering its injury. Given that her leg needed more attention than her shoulder while she was in the hospital, she hadn't brought it up to Rei at that point. It just took some bandaging to deal with the wound she took when Davina drove the shoe into her shoulder. Though it would have been worse if it had been Ragna's head, as he tried to "protect" her.
After a moment, her hand moves back to where it was before going to her shoulder. "You said you work at the clothing store? That's nice. I may have to stop by there at some point. I, on the other hand, own and work at the spa...though that latter part is really only until we get a masseuse on hand. For now it's just me and my receptionist...though I may have to occasionally take up some of that position as well, given the nature of the receptionist's curse."

Etheri SilasElf, Waiter ◊≈◊Profile◊≈◊◊≈◊Current Outfit◊≈◊ ¤ "Nice meeting you too, Rei. Your order will be coming right up." He answered, hearing from the other table that his assumption about them referring of the halloween party was correct. He did not see Anna's body language though, and allowed them to continue their discussion as he went and placed the orders. After several moments the food and drinks were ready, and he had an idea. He had thought last night on how to ask Anna out to dinner properly. At first, he would have asked outright since it was only her at the restaurant. But now that others were there, he did not want to be bold. Especially since engaging with customers like that could be considered against the rules of the restaurant. He had to try something subtle. He checked the food when it was done to make sure everyone's orders were correct, but he did a double take when he looked at Anna's coffee. Underneath it, there was a paper doily that most warm drinks would be served with to make it look fancy. In the kitchen, he carefully lifted her cup and wrote an invitation to dinner along with his phone number on it before placing her coffee on top of it, making sure there was no condensation to ruin the ink from the pen. He sighed nervously, and came back out with the food.
Etheri went over to Rei's table first, placing the plate of Eggs, Bacon, as well as pancakes. Carefully, he took the milk Rei ordered and place it beside her meal. "Be extremely careful. It was just made, so it's very hot. Either way, I hope you enjoy it." He said, bowing his head slightly in politeness.
Next he went over to Anna and Yukina's table. He took Yukina's plate of food and placed it carefully on the table, along with the drink she had ordered. Anna's order was Next. The special for that day was a meal consisting of blueberry muffins along with a small bowl of oatmeal topped with strawberries. He seemed to be extra cautious with Anna's coffee, making sure no one had read the note. With their food set in front of them, he cleared his throat nervously. "I hope you enjoy your food. Just be careful since It's pretty warm." He added as he bowed his head politely toward the two. After any reaction in relation to receiving their food, he would head behind the counter and make it seem as if he were awaiting another customer's arrival. In reality, he was watching nervously to see if Anna would receive the message- Hoping he wouldn't make eye contact. ¤
Mood: Friendly, Observant, Nervous,
Thinking: Now or never. As soon as everyone has their food the better.

Once the food was served, Rei watched as Etheri left to give her friends at the next table their orders as well. With a tired sigh,
she took the fork in hand beside the plate and began eating the scrambled eggs upon the plate. No doubt the place wasn't very busy, but that was to be expected now and then considering the environment. Rei somehow ended up tuning out the background noise as her thoughts wandered elsewhere for the moment. True there had been few times she'd meet new faces, however,
it felt rather odd finding things to talk about with such strangers. Unlike her younger sister on the other hand, who was always up to talking or doing things together back home. Regardless, the princess kept quiet while eating her food. 'I guess this place isn't so bad, even if the weather outside is horrible. Some adventure this is.' Rei thought observantly, doing her best to remain awake despite her odd schedule at the hospital.

"If I touch anything solid with my bare hands, whatever it is turns into gold coins appropriate to that thing's weight. People included. That one was a lot of fun to figure out." Anna responds after Yukari finishes explaining her curse. "None of these curses are really something to laugh about. Not mine, not yours, not that girl whose curse caused her to go crazy at the Event." She holds up her hand, between herself and Yukari. "So don't apologize. These curses are serious matters. If I understand correctly, then when you open yourself up, you cause yourself pain. Meanwhile, I can end lives if I walk around without these gloves, the interior of which is gold thread."
When Etheri comes out with the food, Anna begins to eat. "Now then, let's talk about a lighter matter, alright? That topic was a bit...dark." She then goes to take a sip of her coffee, and notices Etheri's note. She keeps him in her peripheral vision until she notices that he is looking her way, at which point, while taking another sip of coffee, she raises her thumb, to indicate a thumbs up gesture, making it so that he might be able to realize the intention of her gesture.

The princess continued eating her breakfast in silence, as if lost in thought. She could overhear her two friends at the next table speak of various topics from the fall event to the curses that the witch bestowed upon them. Rei wasn't fond of the latter subject, finding it a bit depressing. 'Kinda strange, being at this empty table alone. Oh well.' she thought observantly, but ignored the thought for the moment. Taking the quill pen in her hand once more, the princess began sketching a different scene on a slightly larger piece of paper beside the plate. The picture was that of the restaurant itself with Anna and Yukari seated at the other table talking among themselves. On the opposite end of the table, she drew Etheri serving them their orders respectively. Rei focused on the details as best she could, taking a drink of her milk while concentrating. Even with the other employees going to and fro all around, it seemed nobody dared bother her while she was occupied with her short project.

She was taking a sip of her coffee, so she must've read the note. Her thumbs up signal confirmed it. He had no idea how to react, he was pretty speechless at the fact he was able to pull that off with success. Shakily, he held his hand out to return the thumbs up signal- showing he got the message. The next phase was to figure out a suitable time, but he did put a means of communication on the note to get that settled at any point. For now, he had a job to do, and he was pretty confident in doing so. Though, he learned very quickly not to overdo it, since, while walking over to the tables- he nearly tripped and caught himself. It was pretty noticeable, but he shrugged it off and headed over to Anna's table. "Everything doing okay? I hope the food is to your liking." He said, laughing at himself slightly in hopes they didn't see that. Also Hoping he wasn't interrupting their conversation, either. His plan now was to serve everyone there as best he could. ¤

Noting Etheri's return thumbs-up signal, she returns her hand to its normal position. The waiter comes over, and Anna devises a method with which to confirm an actual time of the date. But in order to do that... "Oh, it is. Thanks." The spa owner gives the waiter a smile, then resumes speaking. "Not planning on leaving quite yet, but would you mind if I went ahead and had the check? It might help things if I looked it over for a moment."
She then turns momentarily around to the princess, somewhat concerned about her decision to sit alone. After all, a stranger had come up to her asking to sit down, so why wouldn't a friend? "Hey Rei! Are you doing alright? Drawing nice things again?" Considering that a good enough invitation, she turns back to Yukari.
"Let's see...at the moment, things are pretty basic, because it's just me and the receptionist, and I can't do everything. So what I do there, aside from administrative stuff, is provide massages for whatever part of the body you need massaged, manicures, pedicures, and facials. We also have hot tubs and a sauna." After she finishes explaining, now somewhat in business mode, Anna gives the potential customer a little smile. "Any of those sound interesting?" She takes a breath to calm down again for a moment. "Hmm...favorite book genre...I'm somewhat of a fan of fantasy, if I had to guess. Especially if there's some degree of romanticism in it. And is that an invitation? I certainly wouldn't refuse if it is."
