Tsarzi would be heading back to that road sometime soon and get some real progress done on it, but for now, she would let it go.
Instead, she saw those two trolls goofing around with the lawn ornaments again. Breaking them would cost beetle the settlement really didn't need to waste and those were for decorating the public building. Tsarzi marched towards them, intent on confiscating the things and getting them to their proper place.

Tsarzi wasn't particularly impressed with the meager progress she'd made so far on the Lake Road, so she stuck with it for a bit longer. Except that that got cut short when another lusus crashed into Lupos while he was carrying supplies. The whole kerfuffle took longer to sort out that Tsarzi would have liked and Lupos was feeling rather disgruntled by the end of it.

It seemed little progress was the trend right now because when Tsarzi left the roadwork to help tend the animals, she was barely able to do a thing. She'd gotten the food to distribute into the bins and started doing just that when a redblood shimmied up beside her and started hassling her about signing some paper. Which led to a long discussion over under what purpose and what would it accomplish. Tsarzi found their answers to be lacking and eventually was able to send them on their way. Eventually.

Tsarzi found herself spending a lot of time in the Greenhouses. Each of the jobs that needed done around the settlement offered valuable experiences, but the greenhouse was particularly nice. Tending to the plants allowed and opportunity to learn about all kinda of different flora that should wouldn't encounter up at Busthind.

Tsarzi went to go help with the installation of a large decorative fountain. Or to maybe question the need for the fountain. It seemed excessive and useless as anything but an aesthetic purpose, which, didn't seem like it was that important right now. And she said as much, even as she started doing work, but it seems some of the others didn't take too kindly to it and eventually working together just wasn't working out. As the bigger troll, Tsarzi left the situation. Leave it to them to deal with the useless add on then.

Tsarzi had planned to spent some time helping clean up and expand the rather eclectic and extensive housing needed for holding lusii. This plan was dashed quickly and viciously on the dirt when a tealblood accosted her asking for an assistant to bring refreshments to the different work stations. They looked rather harried and it was important to keep hydrated while doing exhaustive work, so Tsarzi agreed. Regrettably, she got little done for the lusus quarters though.

It seemed making any great progress on work was not going to happen right now, which wasn't exactly a mood lifter, but an unfortunate reality. Tsarzi had arrived planning to get some painting done, but when she got there, well, the greenblood who'd been working away was painting over a hole that had somehow gotten punched in the side of the hive. Tsarzi pointed it out quite bluntly and criticized how paining now would just create an uneven coat when the stuff needed to patch the wall would go over top of it then also need painting. It wasn't taken to very well though and the troll got thoroughly upset and teary eyed and soon attracted the attention of a few other trolls. Someone started trying to mediate, the greenblood was getting more upset by the second, and Tsarzi found the entire scene foolish and eventually left to inform someone that would do something that a wall needed patching.

It was interesting to not the color differences of leaves,
the variations within one type of flower. It was nuancial and hardly vital to note,
but it gave Tsarzi something to pay attention to as she tended flowers being cultivated for planting around the settlement.

It seemed the chores that needed done were endless, but the constant motion and activity was satisfying. It was work that needed done and served to upkeep the budding group. Tsarzi was able to let her thoughts idle and wander as she watered and worked.

Another attempt to see some progress on the Lake road was made, but unfortunately it only ended in frustration. seems the trolls working there were a very relaxed group and Tsarzi's all work attitude was met with a degree of condescending mockery that led to a rather nasty conversation. Lupos stepped in and hauled Tsarzi off when it looked like the troll she was talking to looked ready to belt her.

As Tsarzi went about refilling food troughs, she was treated to an older troll giving a casual lecture to a few kids about the kinda of animals they were going to keep here. She managed a good balance of listening in and completing her work, and was able to walk away a littler bit richer for knowledge.

Tsarzi found her self helping expand the greenhouses today instead of tending to what they were trying to get set up and sustained inside them. This expansion was going to be for medicinal plants specifically. One it was up, the starts could be moved into and more seed cultivated.

Tsarzi was going to go about the usual chores, but wound up waylaid by haggard looking teen who needed some help patching one of the animal fences. She wound up not being being able to put out feed as she was supposed to winding up in someone else picking up her slack and a few irritated looks.

After a brief reprieve, Tsarzi was heading for the roadwork again, ready to see some progress, even if she had to single handedly build the whole damn thing. Lupos seemed to be in better humor, if a bit bored, but willing enough to help his charge carry the bulky supplies. The determination with which she threw herself in was taken to well by the other workers and found a fair chunk of road laid out and paved.
