Adding the 33k with your current 15k as you already know, you have 48k in this update. So cash in 8k next update! And your tech points remain 11/21 because every 20k from your 220k equates to 11, adding the base 10. I'm guessing there was a typo. Just so you don't think you're getting robbed of points.
