it was always hard, passing this respiteblock. She always felt a pang of something when she saw it, remembering the war. She'd never wanted to hurt anyone, but being pushed to that point... Bellen passed by the mural, ignoring it heavily.

Ganyma practically gasped. He looked up at Odette, eyes warm and spirit reinvigorated. “Yes! We should… Get together. If I arrange it ahead of time we could even square off in the ring. I think the management would like that, actually! Would be good for sales, and, uh –“

He paused – his smile turned sheepish. “I’m kind of a heel, a, uh, bad guy, so… It would be good for your image and everything.” He scratched at his chin. Already he was imagining the theatrics.

“I’ll see you then! I’ve got to run. Please…… Be in touch.” Ganyma embraced Odette one last time.

Bellen quickly moved out of the way when requested, it getting to the point that she was used to moving for when they over reacted to any sort of situation. The poor troll just seemed scared, but Bellen couldn't do much of anything to help. She truly wished she could— Maybe they wouldn't end up like Milieu.

Bellen thought she'd gotten agile enough to avoid the dodgeballs. She truly did. Unfortunately, they always caught her off guard. She was starting to get used to them. (That didn't mean she liked them.)

Bellen found a seat to hang out with several patients in the dining block. They seemed fairly happy, she guessed, but Bellen wasn't convinced. The amount of times she'd seen trolls being carted off to the back rooms was enough warning. As she munched on a cookie, Vremea worried for Milieu.

Bellen hadn't meant to look. She'd been greeting an orderly and her gaze strayed a little too far. (So she'd say, if asked.) Such a stupid, senseless reason. The rebellion was way more fashionable than that! If anything, that was the government's fault. Terrible fashion style, tut tut.

Oh goodness! Tonight was definitely a momentous night. Grabbing a cupcake and giving the patient a firm pat on the shoulder with a welcoming smile, she quietly tucked the plastic toy away. She'd give it to Cynril on her next trip...!

Another wriggling day! Bellen felt a little guilty, but passed it off-- They were just cupcakes! And, um, it wasn't like she did this all the time... So, yummy cupcakes (even if they were store bought) were definitely welcomed!

The ocean should've been a comforting sight, but it was slowly turning into something foreboding. Just the thought of the queen rising up from the water and destroying them all made her insides clench. Bellen appeared calm on the outside, however.

Resmem made her nervous on occasion. She seemed to sprout from no where on occasion. Though she certainly enjoyed her puns, they were always hilarious... (As she passed by, Bellen whispered a quick pun her way!)

Bellen only hoped these mismatched socks weren't being linked to any sort of... sandals worn with them. That'd just make things so much worse. Socks with sandals were the bane of her existence. Even thinking about them made her nose wrinkle.

Wiggling days were always a joy! Bellen eagerly took one of the cupcakes, eating it carefully so as to not smudge any makeup. (She took a mental note to tuck the toy into her bag-- It could be a present for one of the swamp kids...!)

Psykgi Mentha

Psykgi was not the best with wigglers, but she was a can-do intern and when asked to attend to the wiggler block, she did it.

It was a bit of a learning experience trying to engage the lone ones in the appropriate games and activities. Ma'am helped where she could, but sometimes the swarm's advice fell flat. Tonight was one such time, but Psy considered it to be a workout. An exhausting workout.

Still, valuable data was collected, valuable progress achieved.
