Zel was going to keep stabbing at this thing until either he dropped to ground or he rendered it into scraps - whichever came first. Now it was personal. The glass scratched against the metal and dug the dent a little deeper, allowing Zel to feel somewhat vindicated - but not nearly enough. COMBAT! HP: 24/30 Damage: (1) + (4) Trashbot HP: 10/15 Weapon: Zel will fight with his lampspear! His dice are 2d8.

His vindication was short lived - the tenacious trashbot had smacked him again shortly afterward, and that left him feeling sore, so he started to stab and smack at the bot with gusto, just letting it really have it, filling the air with a flurry of lampspear. Hopefully he hit the thing. And hit it he did. He smacked and stabbed and otherwise beat the ever living jack out of the trashbot until it shutdown - and then hit it a few more times for good measure. Just to be safe. COMBAT! HP: 22/30 Damage: (1) + (4) + (10) Trashbot HP: 0/15 Weapon: Zel will fight with his lampspear! His dice are 2d8.

The bot came at him again and Andrew held the dish out in front of him. It made contact and still manage to hurt him a little.
Holding the dish out in front of him wasn't doing much damage.

With his previous attack having pushed the trashbot back, Myr was prepared when it came at him again. He swung the shield, causing it to knock into the trashbot, and causing the trashbot to fall.
He knew that it was only temporary, and the reaper took the time to readjust his stance for the attack that he knew would be coming.
TB Damage- 4

The next assault did not go as well as before, his calculations apparently countered and his tactic dealt with. The whip came forth with a right hook, however it had wrapped itself around the bot's flank. He struggled to tug it free, but the bot jerked itself sideways, pulling the wolf off his feet and into a nearby pile of debris. Uru got to hands and knees before it jerked again, ripping his arm from under him and tossing him to the side again, freeing the wire wrapped around the bot. Shaking his head, the hellhound demon got to his feet and back into his stance.

Oh, Death, it was just like that blasted Christmastown behemoth. Well, then again, this one was smaller and wasn't glaringly yellow... At least not all over the place.
Julian wasn't sure Moira's assurance that they wouldn't dissipate was really welcome, as it brought with it two questions. One, why tell them that? Some might not take it as seriously as they'd take something else. And two...
She didn't say it wouldn't hurt.
Still, he was determined to see if he really could use this lamp as he'd intended.
The first jab he tried to make, he was thrown slightly off balance by the weight of the base, causing him to miss his trashbot and earning a metalic whap against his back for his troubles.

Uru braced a strong hit from the flailing arm-thing before rushing back in with heavy, physical assaults. His growls becoming much more audible, his movements fluid and practiced. Right hook, left hook, feint, dodge to the side, swinging backhand from the right. His body moved with practice and with the enemy's movements, his body took attacks but did not fault him. With growled with each strike, returning each one twice over. The electrical cord cracked and whipped around like a serpent in the grass after an attack.

The next bound of assaults were like before but with more determination. The bot attacked with flailing, but Uru countered right back with powerful blows left and right, the wire cracking and causing rips against the metal. The copper wires inside becoming exposed with each strike against the creature's surface causing more cuts and ruptures. The strange trashy ichor spilled free from the beast and yet it made no sort of reaction, it simply moved as it was directed. The hellhound bounded back, focusing more on whipping from afar, his fists moving left and right, back and around, forward and downward, his attacks concentrated on designated areas he had punched in before, areas he had tested with earlier strikes. Places that would do sufficient damage. Yet the beast continued to close in, it's body ignored as it's makeshift legs moved it like nothing else mattered. Uru lunged forward with a beastial cry, his scarf coming undone as he his fist was thrown out, contacting the metallic monstrosity square on. All seemed silent before the thing seemed to shut off, the glow of it's body diminishing as it slumped to the ground. Collecting himself, he backed away slowly, keeping eyes on the thing. Reaching down, he retrieved his scarf and sniffed out the Authority figure. "Professor." he uttered. ------------------------------- HP: 17/25 Bot's HP: -1/15

At least now he was at the... Did the bots even have backs? It was too hard to tell, his was just a jumble of what looked like random parts. He hadn't really seen a discernible face. Either way, Julian was able to recover, tip his sort-of-staff, and stab (Though, really, it was more of a poke) his trashbot.

The base was hindering him, Julian knew it. Well, at least he had an understanding of weaponry... at least somewhat. He had tried swiping the heavy base low on the trashbot, hoping to knock it over. That would certainly make defeating it that much easier. But it hadn't worked and he got whacked again for it. Learning experience, learning experience. Maybe if he kept telling himself that, what little pride he had wouldn't get so bruised.
Maybe.

To the test? She didn't mean that- She did. She did mean that. What was it with people trying to kill them? Really, was the school just some elaborate deathtrap? Probably. Either way, Frost had his tire, and he would get those trashbots to chill out.

Chill out- yeah he was just going to fight.
Taking a shard of frozen rubber, (much sharper than he'd even anticipated, the wolfos lunged at the trashbot that was targeting him, shoving the wedge right into some gears.

" Nice to meet you, Mia." He gave a gentle smile before the teacher called them. A what? Test?!His eyes grew bigger when something on Moria's back moved. So - it wasn't a backpack? Those creatures were like spiders, with thin legs. AJ wasn't sure how he felt about them, until they let out shrieks. Ok. The boil knew he disliked them. He was not feeling well with creatures that make sharp shouts. Anyway, there was not much time for him to be bothered with, Trashbot were everywhere. There was no time to chat as each student got a robot with them, so AJ decided to focus on his own, taking it down quickly so that he can pester Andrew who seemed to be not happy, like a grumpy kitten on the tree, refused to go down. The serpent-dragon boil though those gummi snakes selling at the maul would help his friend. So maybe they were fast, they can go there before the shop closed. Smashing the lump into powder, don't ask how he did that, the boil put them into a small pouch and tied it onto his belt. The trashbot picked on him was having a pair of big big eyes, around the size of his bro each. Wow. He finally got some luck, maybe. Without a handy weapon to attack, he decided to fight bare handed. His strategic was to see if he can knock down the robot so that it can't move around. ============= HP: 29/ 30 (1/4) Damage: 1 Trashbot: 14/ 15 (2 auto damage) BONUS: The powder's blinding power is great! Diving back into the shelter of the tire for a split second, the ghost waited until the trashbot got just a little closer before he struck out again with the jagged shards of tire. Another wedge shoved into gears, the machine seemed to be loosing steam fast.

A snarl as the trashbot managed to get a nice hit to his shoulder, the stink of oil and gears making the canine gag. he hardly managed to get the tire in there, but, still a shard stuck in metal was better than nothing at all.
