Difference between female cultists and fallen Sisters.

I definitely see a corrupted sororitas power armor, though a gun doesnt look like a bolter

Power armor? Yeah. Sororitas in origin? Only maybe. It's the 40k setting, titplates are on every non-guard piece of female body armor.

AFAIK the only organisations with lots of power armor are sororitas and marines, the latter of course don't have females (though some heretics may argue otherwise...) Of course there is off-chance this is fallen inquisitorial operative of mid-to-high ranking, and I'd bet diamonds versus nuts that this is not fallen tech-priest - just not single tech-implant in sight ...

of course the armor can be looted and this can be high-ranking cultist or space pirate, or whatever... but most natural and probable is fallen sister...

Or alternatively, someone just decided to draw a female cultist in sister battle armour. emotion_eyebrow

Or the large number of sets of power armor floating around available to mercs and others of their ilk. It could also be heavy flak armor.

Flat out: The pauldrons are way ******** wrong. The chest is too blocky. It isn't Sororitas armor, the woman most likely wasn't sororitas. Vikki, who is the artist? I want clarification.

It could be either one, the back-pack makes me think of power-pack
and armour is somewhat similar, with the exception of shoulder pads
and the gun looks like autogun to me....

Isn´t most chaos armours very different from their imperial counterparts,
other then slightly similar shape, design and/or purpose? :-/
