The Alpha

[NightWerewolf]

"There's a club a few blocks over. First floor is the actual club, second club is a resturant." He suggested to her.  

[Devourer of Cupcakes]

"Oh, that sounds fun, lead the way Nero." Alina fell in step with him and started talking. "Do you like your job?"  

[NightWerewolf]

Nero thought about it for a few seconds and nodded. "Yeah. We usually don't get much buisness, and the shifts are pretty long most of the time, but I get a lot of free time."

"Yes, it certainly looked like it when I came in. What were you reading?" Alina was a curious person; she liked knowing things about others.  

[NightWerewolf]

Nero chuckled softly and agreed with her. "One of the books in the Pendragon series. Don't know if you know about it or not."

Alina shook her head. "The only books I read were in an old language and going moldy. Tell me a little about it."  

[NightWerewolf]

"The series is about a boy that travels to different worlds trying to stop an evil guy named St. Dane. Each planet has points where it reaches a turning point. Depending on how things go between St. Dane and Pendragon depends on the worlds outcome." He explained to her. "What's the stuff you read about?"  

[Devourer of Cupcakes]

"Huh, that sound interesting. I'll have to check it out sometime." Alina shouldn't have said anything about the books. They were meant only for the Alpha female and her mate if she chose to tell him. "I really can't say, it is forbidden for anyone other than the Alpha to know what they say. Even the Old Ones have never read them."  

[NightWerewolf]

"Ah. No worries then, I understand. Must be important stuff if even the Old Ones haven't read them." Nero said with a nod.  

[Devourer of Cupcakes]

Alina didn't comment. Some things were, but most were just helpful hints. "What kind of music does the club play?"  

[NightWerewolf]

"A lot of rock and pop, but you can request them to play different things. Sometimes they also have a schedule for different kinds of music that'll be played at different times." Nero smiled. "I think you'll like it." They turned a corner and he could see the building a little ways down the street.

She laughed. "That was the one thing they let me have...music. But you have no idea how long it took them to agree. It was like pulling teeth." Alina looked up and saw one building that was far more crowded than the rest. "I guess that's it?"  

[NightWerewolf]

"Sounds like fun." Nero said, laughing with her. As they got closer to the building the music could be heard. "Yeah, that would be the one."

"You're right, it does look fun." The music sound good and she could smell food which caused her stomach to growl. "Would you mind if we ate first?"  

[NightWerewolf]

"Not at all. I'm kind of hungry myself." Nero smiled and opened the door for her. "Ladies first."
