Sweetie Tea, I'm gonna need exact dates you want me to be there so I can plan all this accordingly. I need to ask for leave (they say earlier the better, so I'm thinking within this month should give them a loooong warning, also since summer hours tend to be taken up quickly by other employees), check train/plane costs, and make subsequent arrangements.

Update:

Some interesting changes have been taking place within SummerStar.

For a start- SummerStar is no longer calling itself a Pagan Festival, but instead is renaming itself as a Spiritual Retreat. This makes a lot of sense, given that while there are a lot of pagans, there are other traditions as well.

I don't have any news as to what the main Ritual will be about.

The Festival usually runs from Thursday to Sunday. I spoke to the organizers about our group. They have been incredibly generous with us.

First of all, our group will be allowed to stay on site over Sunday night. Everyone but staff goes home on Sunday and we are a special exception.

Work Exchange is possible for anyone and everyone in our Tribe* who needs it, in conjunction with a minimal site fee.


* The Tribe will consist of individuals I am personally hosting. If you are not a member of the tribe for whatever reason, you are of course still welcome to attend and will be able to camp in our vicinity. As I am personally vouching for Tribe Members on my good name, the members of the Tribe will end up being approved by me in advance. If you have questions, feel free to PM me.
