I dunno... it depends...
A mech has an advantage over a tank when its able to out maneuver it and then pick it up and toss it all over the place. A tank has the advantage when it can nail the mech before it can bother, thats to say if the mech doesn't have good armoring.

It all started out when it was Steam Punk theme week here in E.f.e.
We were talking about Steam punk machines and Aaron wanted to have a Gentleman's duel with E, which E then presented to Aaron this video. Then the subject went towards the Mechs in the video then to me just swaying around and then to E jumping on me. :] ღღ
