I don't think I can really rate you fairly since I think you're trying to cosplay someone.
The person in your sig, right?
I don't know what he looks like besides the face (and even then, you'd need a scarf) so I couldn't judge you for that.
but for the avatar itself, yours is much too plain. Black is a lovely color/shade that goes with many other colors but it becomes dull when gray is the only other color used.
I'd suggest to get rid of one or two black items and replace them with some other color items along with adding some accessories.
I'll skip the actual number rating.
