Okay, her breathing felt like fire, but Yarrick had to press on. She'd seen Milan take hits to the ribs and keep going, so she figured she could too. Afon tried to hit Everly, so Yarrick had to try and set up a defense. Taking aim at her classmate, Yarrick hoped to hit.

The Slytherin chasers were already almost back at the goal, while none of the Ravenclaws had gotten close. It sucked! But Karah passed, so Everly jumped to try for an interception.

Karah passed the ball off to her, telling her not to miss. Brianna thought wryly, 'Gee, thanks for the vote of confidence there.'
