With Angels of Darkness, its a mindf**k because it follows two different points of view. A Chaplain and the Fallen, the Fallen *Spoiler-ish Alert* goes back to the Horus Heresy.

Indeed, he actually shows up in the second Horus Heresy Dark Angels novel as a minor character who follows Luther devotedly. So it will be interesting to see how these things will unfold over time.

Not a lot of Horus Heresy reading material next year. Just two novels and a few audiobooks. sad

The Black Library website is only listing releases from now until next September so we could see some more Horus Heresy releases from October 2011 onwards. I asked Gav Thorpe about it on Games Day, but apparently there aren't any planned HH releases about the Dark Angels any time soon.

Shame, though I'd like to see other legions get their own novels as well. Iron Warriors please?! crying

I can't wait for these two to hit the shelves:

I would like to see Blood Reaver seeing as it chronicles the fall of the Marines Errant, I remember reading about that in the Warhammer 40K rulebook. This should be interesting to read.

Having read Soul Hunter I am really looking forward to Blood Reaver, Aaron knows how to write Chaos Astartes in a smart and sexy way.

Dembski Bowden can write about Chaos Space Marines better than he can with Imperial Space Marines.

So I have heard. I read his Crimson Fist short story and I found it rather uninspiring. From what I've read from the First Heretic so far he needs to stick with Chaos, he's a great author when tackling them.

That is so true, I haven't read his Night Lords novel but I might pick up a copy. Although I was going to read Bloodborn before anything else.

I mean, when I read the first paragraph or so of Soul Hunter. I knew that it was going to be a good book. Definately one of my favourite books since Storm of Iron.

I really enjoyed those Iron Warrior stuff following Honsou.

To me personally Soul Hunter had a bit of a slow start but it really grew onto me as it progressed.

I'm hoping to get the First Heretic and Firedrake soon, seeing as they are both very promising. I just hope that mister Kyme stops using the word "pauldron" all the time. sweatdrop

He had an annoying one for the chest armour too.

It was constantly used as well.

I didn't see the word Pauldron that many times when I read through the novel. A few times, but not too many.
