When my brother and sister are there, I suck it in
When I'm alone I cry my tears out and let all my sadness out by listening to sad songs and drawing out what I'm feeling or the scenario that made me sad..I also keep a journal and write down what happened and how it made me feel
I also hug my Mickey mouse plushie
After I let everything out I feel much better ^_^
