"Mmmm.... My name is Mike" he said still a little hesitating but agreed to shake his hands. He decided to leave the echoed scream alone for a while. He couldn't even understand the whole message, which means it might not be a trouble for now. "So, do you remember anything before landing here?" Mike said, trying to get as much information about what happened as he can.

The most important thing for now is not only have knowledge of what happened, but being careful. He wasn't sure of how safe the File Mountains really... chances are that they could be found by a wild digimon. And he and his partner have no fighting experience, it could ended up as a huge mess. For him and everyone else...

Dax got up and started crying - for no apparent reason. A little girl's voice echoed in his head as tears made their way down his cheeks. She kept saying "Why".
With a burst of data, Veemon emerged from his digivice and rubbed his head. "Geez, getting out of that thing is harder now because of the way I digivolve and my screwed up path to Imperialdramon Paladin Mode..." he said, out of breath. Dax stared at the creature and fumbled in his pockets for a lighter, which he tore out and lit.
"Stay away monster! I bet fire is your number one weakness!" Dax shouted, waving the Zippo around like a torch. Veemon stared at Dax with a look of utter disbelief.
"What the hell is wrong with you, Dakota?" he asked. Dax was backinga way until he hit against a cliff, still screaming about monsters. Then, with another stream of data, a Lunamon emerged from his digivice, rubbing her hair...head...things and giggling. "Me and the others were watching you from the digivice, Dakota, that was really funny" she said - in the same girl's voice that was echoing in his head.
Dax's eyes flicked between Veemon and Lunamon as he waved the lighter. "My name is Dakota, but everyone knows me as Dax..." he grouched. Lunamon and Veemon both laughed and Veemon retorted, "Not your digimon!" with a grin. Dax, still with a horrified look, threw the lighter at Veemon and took off screaming.

Kazu listened to Brian's story, nodding at the appropriate places. "Bugger me... Two Demon Lords in one place? Jesus..." His glasses were now in his left hand, folded across his torso, he leaned his right elbow on his left and and put a hand to his eyes, shutting them and frowning as Gabumon realized. "Certianly seems that way buddy..." Kazu let his arms fall to his sides and stretched uneasily "When I met Yggdrasil... He told me that only those with a true purpose would survive the Reset. With things as unstable as they are I'd wager he'll be flipping the switch much sooner rather then later. What with the Dark Tamers gaining the upper hand, the time-stream itself becoming unstable and more and more humans entering the Digital world. Bloody Hell..." Kazu plonked himself on a rock and sighed, looking up at the darkening sky all he could think about was the end...

"I don't want to go Brian... There's quite literally nothing waiting for me in the real world. Back there I'm... I'm in a co---" Kazu was interrupted by a sudden yelling of "WHO THE ******** AM I!?" Kazu lept to his feet and put his glasses on in one movement. No-one else seemed to have heard. Not that he could blame Brian. The voice that had yelled began to cry and scream things that Kazu couldn't understand. He turned to Brian and pointed in the direction of the noise. "Someone's in trouble. Fancy taking a look?" Assuming a yes, Kazu took off up the mountainside, scrabling over boulders and scaling short rises until he reached the screaming.

Coming over a ledge Kazu could hear the yelling getting worse. As he moved towards the noise a human tore towards him, screaming at the top of his lungs. "Woah! Buddy slow down!" He yelled out seconds before the guy would run smack-bang into him...

"Okay, see ya Kauz" Dragord said before Kauz started to climb. "Now where is Mike?" He muttered to himself and noticed Mike talking with a new guy close by. He didn't want to stay alone now that the sky was starting to turn dark.

"I see, what you are telling me is almost similar to what happened to me and Brian. As far as I could tell, the digimons that were fighting are Demon Lords, and that is not exactly a good sign" Mike said, remembering the face of Belphemon right before they were attacked by him. This was a puzzle with so many missing parts. No way he could solve it, at least not for now.

"Hi, is he your friend, Mike?" Dragord suddenly appeared alongside without Mike noticed. "Uh? No, we just met. Thomas, this is my unpredictable partner, Dragord"

"Nice to meet you, Thomas" Dragord said after Mike introduced him. "So, did you two heard the weird scream that echoed in the mountains?" Dragord mentioned, something that Mike completely forget about. "Oh yeah... that. I decided not to pay attention to it"

"But, Brian and the other guy just went to check it out. Maybe we can find yet another person" Dragord said, thinking it was a good thing. Although Mike didn't feel like traveling with so many people around... it wasn't something he liked anyways... "Okay... let's take a look" Mike said to Dragord. "Do you want to come with us?" Mike asked Thomas.

Sho sighed as chaos became to develop around him, Kauz was chasing Kazu, Kazu was running for a voice and possibly another person was joining the crew. Sighing again Sho started walking after Kazu, he figured that he'd probably catch him up soon enough.

Terriermon started stirring in Sho's arms, his burns had lessened and he was nearly fully healed but he wasn't quite ready for battle yet, if you listened closely enough Terriermon's small voice could be heard reliving his moments of naivety at the Chaos Organisation, "It's late, we should get back to the org."

"Good then...." Mike said, not really happy with the turn of events. "Show us the way Dragord" He asked his partner and Dragord nodded in response. As far as Mike could tell. The place could get dangerous, especially now that the night approaches. It didn't took long for Dragord to find someone close by. Of course Mike keeps his distance, since that person wasn't either Kazu or Brian. However Dragord wasn't so careful and he approaches.

Dragord then notice the human holding a Terriermon on his arms. Mike didn't care about that, but Dragord wasn't so heartless and decided to take a look at him. "Excuse me, is everything okay?" Dragord asked the man before Mike could stop him.

"Alright then, let's goo Gigi." Thomas ordered. Without hesitation his partner hopped up on his head once again as they followed Mike and Dragord. As he followed behind, Thomas began to wonder about his relationship with Dragord, how close it seemed to be. He was close to Gigimon, yet he didn't seem to feel it sometimes. He shook the negative thoughts from his mind. Suddenly Dragord had found someone and asked them if they were alright. When he answered, Thomas could make out the person muttering something. Probably nothing important.
