((Entrance, Stage: Network City))
Brian looked up at the sky, dazed at what had happened just recently. Tortomon wasn't much better, still inside his shell and, for a lack of better terms, rather shell shocked from the events. Slowly Brian stood up, his Digivice iC's screen glowing faintly before Tortomon disappeared inside to recover. "Are you two alright?" Brian asked, looking around and spotting Mike and Dragord a few meters away.
While waiting for a response, Brian took in as much detail as he could from just looking at Mike and Dragord which revealed very little. They seemed to be on a mountain range of some kind and off in the distance Brian could just make out a gorge separating the mountain range they were on with another mountain range that very well could have been one and the same at one point.

Dragord helped Mike to get up on his feet. Both of them were still feeling dazed after the impact, but they were recovering as they walked together toward Brian. "Hey, Mike. What do you think that happened?" Dragord asked, every time he felt lost, Mike was the only one who could answer any of his questions. However, for the first time, Mike wasn't sure of what happened. Mike felt a little overwhelmed for the whole thing. He thought for a second, trying to pick up as many pieces of information as he could. "I... I noticed a barrier that protect us. It wasn't clear, but I think someone protected us. But the one that had a better look of what happened is probably Brian" Mike said, trying to calm down his partner.
"Yeah, we are fine, thanks" Dragord answered as soon as he heard him. Soon the two of them where standing close to Brian and looked around at the others. "Are they okay?" Dragord said looking at the other digimons.

"...Then we can be forgiven for the past." Kazu grinned at Sho's acceptance of his apology. "Ha, you want to know what makes me strong? I won't patronise you with clich'e power of friendship stuff 'cause I'm guessing you know all about it. Being friends makes the road to power easier but you've gotta put 100% into training. You don't just gain power overnight." Smiling Kazu heard Kauz arrive, he wavd and smiled warmly. "Yeah. I'm good thanks, what about you? I know how bad I can be with that mask... I saw the crater you made. Any broken bones?["/color] As Kazu chatted with the pair he sensed something.
Suddenly stopping dead in his sentence Kazu looked into the distance. "I know that person..." He took off in a sprint towards a ridge, "I'll just be a minute!" he yelled back at Sho and Kauz. As he crested the ridge Kazu spotted two Tamers and some Digimon around them, Kazu stood above them trying to make out who they were. One was familiar, but the other... "Blimey! Brian?! Is that you!?" practically leaping off the ridge, Kazu hit into an uncontrolable slide down towards the Tamers. "Brian it's Kazu! Remember? from the future!?" Coming to a crashing halt before the Tamers Kazu excitedly waved his arms. "How'd you get back here? I thought I'd never see you again!" out of breath Kazu leaned on his knees panting, he looked up smiling. "Huh? You look a bit dazed? You ok bro?"

Kauz rises from the seat he had carved years ago, that still serves him well now
Sho, where'd Kazu go?
with Sho pointing out of the cave, Kauz began to walk over to where Kazu and the others are standing
WAIT KAUZ! WAIT UP!
Tentomon began flying towards Kauz, who had made it to Kazu and co.
Hey, im Kauz, and you? He says, holding his hand out to Brian in a handsake gesture

"That good," Brian said, looking at the two in front of him. Looking down at his Digivice, Brian gave a slight nod in answer to Dragord's question. "They are," Brian said, confident that his partners were safe, "They all-." Brian stopped then because at that moment, someone decided to scare the heck out of Brian and nearly make him jump out of his skin.
"What the-?" Brian started to say, looking towards the person before recognizing them, "Kazu? Kazu!" Brian got up from the ground, happy to see his friend again but quickly hit him lightly on the head. "Next time, tap my shoulder," Brian said, "You scare me." Calming down further, Brian nodded at Kazu's questions he'd asked earlier that he'd managed to catch.
"I okay," Brian assured Kazu, "Explosion happen at Network City but we fine." Thanks to Strabimon and Loewemon they were at least. "I Brian," Brian said, looking at a new person coming up to him and shaking their hand before turning back to Kazu, "Kazu, this Mike and Dragord. Mike and Dragord, this Kazu."

 "Hi..." Mike said, not very enthusiastic, he started to look at them, even if Brian knew them he didn't want to lower his guard with them "Nice to meet you Kazu" Dragord said to him, he turned back at Mike but he was already watching the surroundings. Mike was a little frustrated by the situation, this was the first time something this random has happened to him. He can't let anything else surprise him. "So, for how long have you met Brian?" Dragord said to them trying to start a conversation, although Mike wasn't interested in doing that at all right now. Instead, he was trying to figure out what happened on the explosion. In a matter of seconds, Mike was able to memorize the surroundings just in case getting a little away from the others. Mike didn't feel like empathize with someone else.

Sho was confused as Kazu sprinted away from him, was it something he said, quickly coming to the realisation that Kazu must have seen or heard something Sho turned to Garurumon, "Let's go see what this is about."
With Terriermon still resting at the crook of Sho's left elbow he and Garurumon jogged to the top of the hill that Kazu had slid down, "Well here goes nothing,", Sho slid down the hill and stood behind Kazu, listening to the conversation without becoming a part of it.

"...Then we can be forgiven for the past." Kazu grinned at his friend remembering him and took the bonk to the head with a laugh. Rubbing his head he apologiesed. "Sorry bro. I'll try to remember in future, it's odd to think you're deaf sometimes." After some reassurance that Brian was ok, Kazu homed in on his next statement. "Woah, hold up. An explosion? Again? Nothing bad I hope?" Turning to Mike and Dragord Kazu made a small bow "Hey guys, any friend of Brian is a friend of mine. And... Well for how long I've know him is a bit awkward... Time travel and all that." Laughing awkwardly Kazu turned to the two who were with him. "Well this is Sho, Kauz and their partners. Say hi guys."After any introductions were over Kazu turned back to Brian, all airy formalities out of the way and forgotten. "Brian, when you say an explosion, what do you mean? That city was practically left for dead after the Dark Tamers turned up last time. Any odd happening there needs to be investigated or sorted out." Kazu moved a hand up to his pointed glasses and pulled then down his nose so he could look directly at Brian. Behind the glasses Kazu's eyes were clearly visable, a bright piercing blue, as if a fire was burning behind them. But beneath his eyes there were dark arcs. With so much having happened recently the stress had been building up, the mask was Kazu's escape, a momentary reprive from the constant barrage of issues, conflict and people. "I'm worried Brian. Yggdrasil said the Digital World would be reset. He said that only those with true purpose would survive. As of late, well... I can't help thinking that that time is approaching disturbingly quickly."

Thomas awoke with his face in the gravel and Gigimon a foot away from him. He could barely move without a shot of pain running through this body. What happened? His head was pounding as he tried to remember what happened. Only thing he remembered was being in Network City and then...nothing.
He couldn't remember a thing. "Must've hit my head when I got here...however it is I got here." With what little strength he had, Thomas scooted over to Gigimon, waking him up with a few pokes. "W-where are we?" The digimon asked.
"I don't know. The mountains from what I can tell." Thomas replied as he looked all around. "C'mon, we need to get going." He said, picking Gigimon up in and plopping him on his head. "Wish you'd digivolve so I didn't have you on my head the whole time." He mumbled as he started walking.

"Not bad I think," Brian said quietly, watching Kazu talk to Mike and Dragord which gave him some time to think. Had that explosion been bad? All Brian knew was that it had enough force to launch them all the way out here. "I mean big explosion," Brian told Kazu, "Big enough to launch us here."
Which meant that some buildings were more than likely busted up or disintegrated at Network City... again. "There two Demon Lords there," Brian said, "Belphemon and... big crocodile. Belphemon fight something but never saw what." Rubbing his throat slightly, it was starting to hurt from the talking so Brian brought out his Digivice. "Gabumon, realive," Brian said, watching Gabumon appear in front of him and look around.
Seeing Kazu as well as new people he didn't know, Gabumon gave a friendly wave in their direction before looking at Brian to see what was going on. "It looks like the reset will happen soon when you look at it like that," Gabumon said for Brian, looking at Kazu briefly with eyes wide, "Are you and Brian talking about THE reset? The one Yggdrasil has been talking about for a little while?"

"Oh... My name is Mike" He said and turned his head back at Brian and Kazu wondering what was going on, although he only did it for a second. "It seems this kind of things doesn't happen very often, ah?" Mike continued, wondering if this kind of situation were relevant to some point. "Mike, is something wrong?" Dragord asked once he saw him talking with the other kid. "It is nothing buddy" Mike said calmly to Dragord, but he still seems to look a little puzzle. "By the way, he's my partner, Dragord" Mike said pointing at the rookie Dracomon. "Do you have a partner, Kauz?" Dragord said, looking curious to know what kind of digimon he had.

Thomas started hearing voices up ahead as he walked along. Gigimon, in the meantime, was sleeping on his head once more, though this didn't bother Thomas this time around. As he got closer he started to make out shapes of people...and digimon. "Wonder if they got any answers." He mumbled to himself. When he was close enough, Thomas hailed after them. "Hey, you guys come here from Network City too?" Hopefully they got here the same way he did. Thomas wanted some answers.
(Sorry for the short-ish post, I'm heading out very soon.)

Dax was running around the mountains frantically, his bandage flying off of his forehead, revealing the scar he had obtained from his parent's merciless beating as a child. Where was he? Who was he? What was going on? He was completely brainwashed, and as he collapsed to the ground from lack of breath, he stared at his black and purple digivice. What was in it...? Earlier, it had sucked that monstrous Ultimatechaosmon thing into it...but...monsters aren't real. Was he just having a really bad dream? But where would he be when he woke up.
"Who...the ******** I?" he said in an undertone, murmuring it to the pebbles in front of his face. Then, a bit louder, he said "Who the ******** am I?" he was gasping for air as he repeated the question, still hurting from the distance he ran from the destroyed Network City. "WHO THE ******** AM I!?" Dax finally shouted throughout the mountains, the question echoing eternally.

~*Mike====Dragord*~ "Oh?" Mike heard someone coming closer. He then saw a teenager with a Gigimon on his head, weird way to traveling, although a baby digimon is never easy to handle... he kind of remembered his days taking care of Dragord when he was a baby... not happy memories. He decided to leave Dragord talk to Kauz and take a look at the new guy. He heard what the guy said about coming from Network city. That could be nice.... or maybe just a horrible coincidence. "Yeah, you could say so" Mike said, still taking his distance from him. Someone just came out of nowhere, happened to suffer the same horrible thing as you... he needs to be careful, just in case. But before Mike could say anything a sudden scream just echoed all over the place. "Give me a break..." Mike isn't exactly the kind of guy who feels comfortable surrounded by people, and he just had the feeling that the person screaming is going to be the hardest to tolerate.
