So I'm re-reading Mists of Avalon, having gathered a copy from a friend (mine went missing, like so many of my lent out books), and I'm remembering one thing:

I love it for the same reasons I find it laughable.

So what is this book about again. It sounds familiar, but I know I haven't read it.

Feminist and rather generic-neopagan retelling of the Arthurian legends. I like reading it and then my copy of le morte de arthur.

Lancelot/Guinevere/Arthur ot3. ninja

They have Thetans?

Has anyone else ever wanted to punch Guinevere in the face?

..... o.O;;

Not in the original myths, but increasingly in the retellings, yes. When she freaked on Lancelot and Arthur for the threesome possibilities I wanted to smack her, though.

~grumbles~ But then, I kinda wanted to sucker punch all three of them.

Me, too.

I have a manga like that right now. Everyone's attracted to everyone else. Am I th eonly one to see the logical (and hawt) solution to this???

In other news... I'm getting new pretties!

I don't know why I initially read this as "panties" and got all giddy because someone else gets as excited as I do about getting new ones, redface

You think that's bad, I scrolled down too fast and my mind combined the "pretties" from Tea's post with rmcdra's "tonight is one of my nights off". I thought I read "...one of my titties off."

Why can't we have normal conversations in here?

Because then we wouldn't have contagious giggles over innocuous things?

Gho the Girl
I GOT A 95!!!! WOOOOOOOOTT!

*dances merrily*

Thanks to all who wished me well! It really made a difference!

Whoot!!! *does happy dance*

I was *this* close to chucking the whole thing in the fire because of that character make up...

NOTE: don't read books while on camping vacations. You're that much closer to a prebuilt fire.

Works better in day dreams than in real life. ~shudders at the application of this concept in certain get togethers~

I wanted to see that, but not alone. My movie buddies have all moved away and Davit does not want to see animated films.

He'll go see GI JOE but not an animated film. My husband is weird.

Waiting for DVD it is.

It was stunning.
And the (spoiler).............. death is completely necessary.
The film doesn't work without (spoiler)........ it

Work is boring.
This is a serious call for people to PM or email me. If you have my work email, please occupy my time. If you want to email me at work, please pm me. I have 3.5 more hours of taking a call roughly once every 10 minutes.

No facebook at work. Large corporation. And my screen is recorded during calls, so I nix games. I once watched hulu, but it messed up my calls.
