I hate limited releases. I pre-ordered my Fratellis EP just over two weeks ago and it'll have been out two weeks on Monday and I still haven't got anything. Apperntly HMV didn't get the full order they were meant to and are now having problems getting anything. *grumps*

I am horrified to see that symphonic metal has begun to edge its way towards the mainstream. Largely because this will lead to the genre being butchered over and over again in fron of my very ears!

The reason for this sudden outburst? Epica. They suck sooooooo much. Its inhuman. Their melodies are predictable and tedious; the lyrics are substandard for unsigned university bands; their singer cannot sing; and every good lick, riff, bar or other such sequence of notes I have heard them play I have also heard Nightwish play better years ago.[/GAAAAARRRRRRRGGGHHHHHHH]

Frankly disturbing. Partly because that refrain has started to stick, the rap parts however are both indecipherable and completely forgettable.
