Rya Dracosin Diavolica I see. biggrin One of the few areas of the state that I haven't lived, haha. Eh, be glad. I hear it's now land of the corny phrases and cheese. the town's motto now is something like "cheese is our whey". rofl I grew up there before the cheese plant expansion. There was just a Davisco small factory. Lots of ick though. Lots of hate. But I miss the country, i miss the skies, and I miss the flat nothingness. Though I do also miss the hilly parts near pierre and the like. Spent a summer or two in a northern town called Akaska. Fun times.
... I had no idea there was a cheese plant there. rofl Though I also didn't know there was a huge casino just outside of Sioux Falls, but that's definitely more recent.
I grew up in a more hilly area and have been mostly in the nothingness since then. 3nodding I like trees and all but being able to see for miles in any direction is good too, to me. |

OMG indiana is hell for me. I came here and i'm like...tree..tree...tree...WTF TREES EVERYWHERE. I mean, they're even close to the roads and in my mind is "WTF WHAT IF SOMETHING JUMPS OUT AT ME!?". I mean, i grew up surrounded by cornfields, but at least they were a lil farther from the main roads. ;~;
I miss my flattish land. I miss seeing for miles.
And lol casinos. They're everywhere there. I've been to one...and i didn't like it much. Didn't win a thing, but it was so dark, and the stale smell of beer, cigarettes, food, and body odor made me nauseated. |

Rya Dracosin Wanna know the secret to success? Friends. Lots of them. And not only to benefit from, but to benefit for. I've given out tons in gifts, sold high priced items for waaay below price to friends, and all that good stuff. In return, not only have I gotten some nice gifts in return, but I've cultivated some long lasting friendships, which is more important to me than this avatar.
I used to be able to make friends on here, now I can only make acquaintances
and, I feel bad taking gifts from people, because I know I'm just going to sell it later since I can't make gold for s**t (even though it's apparently easier to make it) I mean, I'm always sitting at 2 million at *best* and it's usually by selling items I use all the time, or don't want to sell in the first place
I don't really want *success*.....I just want money to be able to buy things I like, but everything is so inflated that they're unattainable goals
Almost every issue I have on here is simply because I'm forever too broke to buy anything.
And the wishlist is stupidly broken, because it doesn't update with s**t I say I've already got....so if I have ever been given anything it's usually the 250g hat or something I saw once and just added because why not, but then bought like, the next day and marked off |

I just delete stuff off my wishlist when i've gotten it, or i forget and think "ah, might be able to use two anyways".
And your goal is to make gold to purchase items you want, that would be your success.
I also have a disclaimer in my profile, if anyone cares to read it anyways, that says that unless you're important friend who gives me gift, there's a chance down the line someday that i'll sell that gift off. However, if it's got usability with me, I don't sell. Make sure that if you're posting around the time of major gift giving and such, that you make such a disclaimer. You'd be surprised that people actually still gift you. Because it's the thought that counts, and it's easier to gift an item than it is to gift gold. |

Well even still, I don't feel right taking gifts from people unless they say they didn't want the gift and so they were giving it to me because they couldn't care less about selling it.
and... while my goal may be to "make gold etc etc" the issue is that in itself is mildly unattainable, to get just one item I'd have to sell off a majority of my inventory...and of course, they've never released anything comparable to half of the items I wish I had, and thus, I will never be able to just deal with the fact I will never have those items |

You can also go into towns and collect bugs flowers and junk to make alchemist cases, those go for a nifty price if you're willing to really work for it Yeah and, I apologize for sounding like a whiny 12 year old but... I think the 3 years of my life I had spent playing WoWcrack made me hate grinding too much to be able to tolerate it anymore. I can get through about 10 booty grab tanks before I get extremely bored... not to mention I only make 1k per tank or less And, towns is a little bit more grindy feeling to me than booty grab Once again, I apologize.. I b***h a lot about insignificant "that's not fair" bullshit I just wish I could be like a lot of other people who have a total account worth of like 50+ mil.... I've been here since June of '03...yet I have nothing beyond an anniversary sash to show for it

That's prolly the speediest way. I've gotten lucky in a rig or two, that's why I have some of the stuff I have. Other stuff is from friends, or my boyfriend.
But honestly, the biggest way to earn is through Gaia cash. It's sad, but it's true... |

You just need to learn what to buy, how to vend, and a slight bit of patience. If you do it right, you can hide a few rig bundles away, and save them, and one day remember you have them, and they'll be worth a nice little fortune.

Yeah, I had a Lady Luck from the past RIG and I was gonna sell it, then I decided otherwise and lost.
That's my issue...since I won a gaia-sama on the RIG prior, I feel like I can get lucky again and maybe get, for example, that recolor cat up there.
I play RIGs somehow expecting I'll make a profit
I wish I was here instead of on hiatus when the Zodiacal came out, though... I'd have had like, 8...which means I could have sold 6 of them neutral
I don't wanna buy the one in the cash shop now because it won't net the same type of income. |
