Lan smiled and shook his head. Giving a little blush, he put a hand on Kane's cheek and stared into his eyes. "No.....Just...stay with me" he whispered again and he closed his eyes and pressed his lips against Kane's. As he felt Kane's warm lips against his own, Lan believed in his entire being that he was the luckiest boy alive.

After the kiss, Kane giggled. "You're so cute. Well, I should be doing something, shouldn't I? Do you want to play a game? That'd be fun." 'Yeah, if we could find anything to paly with,' he just realized in his mind.

Looking back at Kane with a blush and smile. "What kinda game?" he asked as wrapped a tail around Kane's leg. He gently pressed his body against Kane's and nuzzled his nose while giving a little meow.

Petting Lan on the head, Kane said, "No Lan, you're going to be resting only. I ment like a board game. But then I thought that we didn't have one, so it's not much use." Kane tried to remember if he had actually even played any bored games before. 'Well, I've played Scrabble...'

Lan smiled and giggled. "No you silly, I didn't mean that!" he giggled and let out another meow. Smiling, he thought and realized. "Oh! There was something I found a while ago. It was a board and had tiles with letters on them" he laughed a little and purred again.

Kane blushed a little, embarassed at his misunderstanding. "Oh yeah? Where is it? I'll go get it and maybe we can fingure out how to play. And if not, we can just make up our own rules!" Although they were not having the fun day on the town Kane had imagined, but he was still having a nice time inside with Lan. It was actually very nice becuase they could be very relaxed with each other.

Lan thought for a moment then got down on his knees and reached under the bed. He pulled out an old, dust covered box with the faint letters barely seen. He blew off the dust and Kane saw that it said Scrabble.

"Wow!" Kane exclaimed. "Scrabble? How great! I used to love this game. I was never any good at it," he laughed at himself a little, "but it was fun all the same just to try out new words. You know what's really fun, htough? To combine Scrabble and word association. You wanna try?" Kane looked at Lan hopefully.

Lan nodded his head and lifted the cover off and put the board out. He curiously picked up the tiles and fiddled with them, along with the little stands for them. "Uhm.....H-how do you play?" he blushed as he looked at Kane.

After Kane showed Lan how to set it up and explained about the rules and points, he said, "Then the fun part is with the word association. When the other person makes a word, you have to say the first word that comes to your mind. It can spark some good conversations." Kane wondered if the game would open any doors between them. "Okay, I'll go first." On the board Kane spelled out "quest."

"Trouble" Lan said quickly while giggling. He thought this was gonna be so much fun. He gave Kane a peck on the cheek and spelled out 'guitar'.

Laughing as well, Kane said, "Tell me about it." Seeing Lan's next word he said, "stage. You know, I've worked on stage before. But it was only once." Picking up his pieces, Lan spelled out 'tiger.'

Lan smiled and gave a laugh as he joking said sexily "Lust" he giggled and hugged Kane's shoulder. He reached his hand out and put out a few pieces, spelling out 'angel'

Kane giggled along with Lan and rolled his eyes jokingly. Seeing the next word spelled out on the board, Kane crooned, "Awww....you!" He hugged Lan and agve hiim a epck on the cheek. The next word he made was 'negate.' "Lan, did you like it when you're on stage?"

In a spur of randomness, Lan said "Pear!" and giggled as he blushed and nuzzled Kane's arm. "I love it. It's the greatest feeling in the world....well, maybe 3rd best.."He smiled and giggled. "The first is when you kiss me, the 2nd is well......" he giggled and trailed off as he spelled out 'wing'
