Kraga chuckled slightly. He rested his head on the ground between his claws and let sleep come over him.

(lol, dream time)

Kraga roared a battle cry to the Griffins below. They rose their heads and screached back at him. One of them, the largest and closest to his size, pushed off the ground to join the great black dragon in a battle.

(making him black in this lifetime =D)  

[Pirate Radio FM]

Raiem let out s screech as the dragon roared. He flew up into the air and charged at the large black dragon. He clwed him on the throat and began to circle around him.

Kraga roared again at the griffin in acceptance of the challange, it wouldn't be to the death, it would be until one has the chance to hit a kill shot. That was part of the honour shared between the two noble races. Kraga shot forwards and grabbed a feathered wing with his hind claw.  

[Pirate Radio FM]

Raiem saw that the dragon had excepted his challenge in battle. He felt a pinch on his skin as the dragon ripped of a feather. Raiem quickly moved out the way and gave a the dragon a bite on his tail.  

[Gold Marra]

Kraga responded by lashing his tail from side to side, hitting the griffin across the face with the naturally armored tip.

Raiem let out a short screech as he was hit across the face. He fell to the ground but got back up quickly and pecked him in the eye.  

[Gold Marra]

Kraga roared in pain and anger as blood ran from his eye down his face. He blasted Raiem with fire, not enough to kill him, but enough to singe his feathers and possibly blind him back.  

[Pirate Radio FM]

As he was blasted with fire Raiem let out a screech. his feathers were singed giving him less ability to fly. He let out a large screech that would pierce any ear except for a griffins.  

[Gold Marra]

Kraga roared in complaint to the screach. He launged forwards and grabbed the griffin's neck in his jaws, careful so that he didn't damage the neck, he waited for the end of the match.  

[Pirate Radio FM]

Raiem concluded that he had time for one last attack as the dragon grabbed him he swung up scratching The dragon in the neck releasing him form the dragons jaw. He then fell to the ground and got knocked out.  

[Gold Marra]

The huge black roared in triumph as the other fell to the ground. Kraga dove after him and pulled a large feather from the griffins back. He launched himself into the air and flew to the safest place he could find. Although the griffin had lost, it had been a honourable defeat. The black settled down to rest, the feather still in his mouth.  

[Pirate Radio FM]

As Raiem lay still a bright glow surrounded him. A dark shell surrounded him. And within minutes he was in-cased in a rock like shell.  

[Gold Marra]

As Kraga fell asleep, he allowed the same to happen to him. The opal shell encased him and the feather. Next life he would be the silvery grey colour of the foe he'd defeated.
