 Nicholas Jones Blitz - George - Bob - Magnum - Ganondorf Nicholas ignored them and continued to watch the upcoming fight seeing as though he felt interested to see what this thing called a digi-soul was. He wondered if it was similar to that strange aura around the guy with the Terriermons fist was when he punched him. Blitz jumped off from Nicholas' head and George got out of Nicholas' backpack and they went over to the new human and his digimon. Blitz then said, "Sorry about that but my tamer finds the battle that is about to happen interesting so he is ignoring you for the moment until he gets bored.". George nodded in agreement before he went back into Nicholas' backpack. One of the silhouettes was preparing to attack just in case the man was hostile. ((ooc: *Whistles* ))

Partner:Wraith Shawn frowned crossing his arms. "What a d**k." He said as he looked in the direction the red headed guy was looking to see the fight. It wasn't too far off that he couldn't see but he couldn't make out their faces. From what he could tell they were human. "Yo Wraith, so all of you digimon have partners?" He asked looked at his orange companion. Wraith shook his head. "Not everyone chooses one, some seek to eat you, or destroy your world." He said."Is that so, guess we'll have to take them out then huh?" Shawn said with a smirk as he rubbed the top of Wraith's head. Who in turn smirked.

ultimatemk Nicholas Jones Blitz - George - Bob - Magnum - Ganondorf Nicholas rolled his eyes but they couldn't see it since he was looking away from the human and his digimon. Blitz then said, "Can your digimon only become a rookie because if so you shouldn't call him a d**k unless you want Agumon to get badly injured?". George fell asleep in Nicholas' backpack. The three silhouettes lost their tension and calmed down a bit as they realized the man meant no harm. ((ooc: *Whistles* ))

Kauz rises, not to disturb the people preparing to fight, and see someone on a ledge not too far to go to, so Kauz begins climing the path i formed on the face, and use a hook and rope to climb down to Nicholas Jones and Shawn Harden
Kauz: "Hail there, what brings you to my humble residence" Kauz says, pointing to the cave just above the ledge
Tentomon:" Hey Agumon!"

Blitz then said, "Errr he is not in a good mood at the moment after being trapped somewhere for quite some time.". Blitz then went over to Nick and jumped on his head. Nicholas waited for the battle to begin. Three silhouettes were now where the new person had climbed down from and were watching them carefully to see if they were planning on doing anything to Nicholas and his digimon. ((ooc: *Whistles* ))

 "If we head for the future..."
Kazu Matsumoto
"...Then we can be forgiven for the past." Oblivious to the others nearby Kazu gulped. He was a target? Knew too much? As Marcus proclaimed him a threat Kazu couldn't help but feel a warm sense of acomplishment. Despite all the fear and adrenaline coursing through him, just knowing he meant something hearened him. "A Digi-Soul huh?" Kazu looked down at his hand and clenched it. "You could say that." As if on que, blue sparks began fluttering around Kazu's fist, after a few seconds they burst into a blue flame that covered his hand. He shook it off, the flames dissapearing, and looked past Piedmon and Guilmon at their Tamer. "I'm assuming that means something bad for me then?"Sensing danger from within Kazu's Digivice, Buraimon, Mermaimon and Justimon burst forth, standing defensivly before their Tamer. "I swear you just drag yourself into trouble." Mermaimon groaned. Buraimon nodded, his hands resting on his blades, "I agree Master. You have suffered due to this Tamer before. Would retreat nott suit this moment?" Justimon just clicked his tounge "Save it for later guys..." Kazu felt a little better for having some of his friends nearby, looking to Marcus he sighed. "Does this really have to end in a fight? Because fights never seem to bode well for my health." The list of injuries Kazu had sustained through fighting in the Digital World went on and on, but either way something told him Marcus wasn't in the mood for chatting. "So tell me why you wan to know about my Digi-Soul?"

Partner:Wraith Shawn stepped in front of Wraith. "Hey I can call him what ever I want, if he so tough he'd speak for himself. Not hiding behind you digimon." Shawn exclaimed becoming irritated. "You harm my partner I'll ******** him up." Wraith seemed a bit concerned with Shawn's choice of words. He tugged at his pants trying to get him to lay off. Then another human popped up with a Tentamon getting the same treatment as Shawn did. "Hey, Tentamon." Wraith would say. Shawn looked over to Kauz, and crossed his arm. "Can you believe this d**k, he thinks he hot s**t, cause he has more digimon than us, and is possibly stronger."

Garurumon would chuckle and eye up Tsumemon"I'm looking forward to this."
Sho would look over at Garurumon and begin to open his mouth to speak when an echo of bad language and choice words rolled down the slope,"Looks like someone's in a bad mood,"Sho guffawed and then turned to head in the direction of the swearing. "Looks like you'll be getting a break from the battle after all Tsumemon, let's go find out what's happening."
"Yeah but this'll probably end in a fight anyway!"
Sho waved a hand dismissively, "Details, details."
The team started to climb up the slope.
((wow, the great battle is getting a bit crowded, anyone want a fight. twisted ))

OOC: First legit monologue, YAY!!! [ Theme number 192 ]  Something clicked inside of Marcus at the sight of Kazu's vibrant blue flame of a digisoul. Something started to return to him as the boy's digisoul continued to form as well as the appearance of other digimon. He would begin to get something of a headache as his brain started to work. He would feel a little weak and then place an hand over one of his eyes to blot out the light. He would chuckle now remembering what he'd lost from giving his soul to the devil. "I see, Kazu... we've... we've met before, haven't we? But it wasn't here... no it was in a tower of light, I killed you... I think, but here you remain. I see now, heh." Marcus would be speaking out loud to himself as he thought through all that was coming to him. He would soon after regain his footing and glare at the Kazu, looking passed the appearing digimon. "To think, you were going to go without reminding me that we've met before... No, I need not ask about your digisoul. If you've met Lucemon then surely you must no all about me then, huh? How I sold my soul for my friend... or did he tell you that I sold it for power? Seems you can never trust that your secrets will be kept, especially with one as prideful as Lucemon, heh." Refusing to believe that he was about to monologue, Marcus would step from within the protection of his digimon, walking slowing towards Kazu. The rocks below his metal boots would shift and crack due to the added weight. "You should have heard that above all else, I like to fight, but... I'll let you off if you do me one favor." He would extend one hand out to Kazu and then hold his digivice in the other hand. "You're right, this doesn't have to end in a fight, all you have to do is... hand over your digisoul for the good of... I don't really know yet." He would end is rant in a bit of a chuckle. A thin layer of something not human could barely be seen covering his body like a shroud of light, but not light as this essence was as corrupt as one could get without losing their sanity. Marcus's unextended hand tightened around his digivice as he figured the boy's potential answer. The digivice would start to radiate a light of it's own, a feature that responded to the presence of real digisoul in the vicinity. Did it know that there were others nearby or was it merely responding to Kazu's? Chaospiedmon, Guilmon, Leomon, and Gaomon would have no choice but bring their palms up to their foreheads in near perfect unison. The first two were beginning to marvel at the progress Marcus had made on the path to being a dark tamer, but he had lost all cool points at the end of his rather short speech. The Chaospiedmon and Leomon would make note of the digimon Kazu had with him, all mega level digimon. From the looks of things, it did not at all seem like this tamer was going to give in without a fight. "So Kazu? What's it gonna be? Are you going to hand it or willingly or will have have to dig it out of your corpse?!" He asked sarcastically with a laugh. As his digivice glowed, another voice would make itself known from within the digivice. "You know what his answer is going to be... just get it over with. A tamer under Lucemon has no need to ask nicely, he simply takes what he wants, no questions asked.""No one asked you, Ocelot. I've got this." Marcus would shift from his ready position and bring his digivice up to his face. He would look at the screen and notice an 8-bit picture of a digimon. 'You do now? If you say so... but if you get killed first day on the job, I'll bring you back to life and kill you myself." The voice would say, sounding rather irritated. This would serve only to distract Marcus, causing him to become near oblivious to the previous request he had just made to Kazu. Now he was bickering with his digivice, a very unprofessional first impression.

"...Then we can be forgiven for the past." Kazu stood fast as Marcus spoke to him, for a moment a glimmer of hope sparked within him as his opponent mentioned a way to avoid conflict. But the option was no less appealing.Kazu looked at his hand sadly, a blue flicker appearing before he clenched his fist, snuffing it out. He stared Marcus in the eye, all sadness gone. "So you don't even know why you need it huh? Well that's hardly a cause I'm willing to donate to!" At his raised voice Buraimon drew his two swords, and Mermaimon flicked her anchor up, the weapons pointed in Marcus' direction. Kazu stepped behind his friends and Justimon gripped his shoulder with his organic arm. "You made the right choice. But even so I wouldn't rely too much on your Digi-Soul's power this fight. It's still feral and unstable..." Kazu nodded and turned to Veemon. "Ready!?" His partner nodded as code swirled around him, Kazu's Digivice shone aswell, a strand of DNA flowing out into Veemon as he Digivolved. As the light dissapated Paildramon emerged. "Back off." was all that he said. Kazu looked to Marcus with determination practically gleaming from behind his point shades. "Well Marcus. Though I can't give my gift to someone who doesn't know what to use it for... I know what I need it for! And that's to keep myself and my friends safe!" Kazu was careful to not spew Digi-Soul despite his firece temper. "Which is why I'm asking... Pleading. Just let us walk away." despite his words Kazu's fists tightened. He didn't expect this to go smoothly, and he knew the power of Marcus' team firsthand. Whatever happened next would not be pretty.

Nicholas Jones Blitz - George - Bob - Magnum - Ganondorf Nicholas said as he continued to observe the people who were talking down in the lower area of the place, "I'm not ignoring you cause I think I'm a hot shot, stronger or have more digimon because technically I would only end up with one mega. I'm ignoring you because the people down there seem powerful and it would be in my best interest to observe their battle. You act like a girl always wanting someone to talk to and stuff and not observing things carefully. Next time think before you speak or it could prove a bad mistake in the long run especially against an opponent who can easily defeat a rookie level digimon such like your agumon. Now keep quiet or we may be caught and I doubt that any of us would have the strength to defeat those two.". The silhouettes continued to watch as they observed the two digimon carefully to see whether or not they were going to attack Nicholas and his digimon. ((ooc: *Whistles* ))

Partner:Wraith Shawn frowned and Agumon growled at his side. "I act as myself, I'm no girl I never said I wanted to talk. The fact your disreguard another presense shows disrespect. I don't tolerate it from no one. I won't hide behind my partner, I'll fight you man to man. I noticed those two discussing down there, no attacks were made so you hardly call it any thing worth while." He cracked his knuckles. "The way you speak now is as if its you thats throwing the blows. Its your digimon that fight and its not you, my partner has nothing to do with this so to threaten him is pointless. The issue is between you and I." Shawn turned his back to the guy, and began walking in the opposite direction. "You hide behind them, for your protection. I only ask Wraith to look after himself." Shawn would say as he walks away. He knew his partner was inexperienced in fighting but he knew that if he was to fight the tamer alone it would be a sure win. [Exit]

ultimatemk Nicholas Jones Blitz - George - Bob - Magnum - Ganondorf Nicholas sighed when he heard the guy leave. The guy had a point. Nicholas though decided that it was not good to continue spacing out in the exact same spot all day so he got up and looked up to the sky to see three silhouettes. He decided to ignore them for now and turned and walked to exit the place. He whistled a bit as he walked. What the man did not know was that he never choose to have them protect him. They were the ones that wanted to protect him and he would have gladly fought his own battles though he was still a bit shaken from the last time he had fought against someone since the person seemed to have some strange ability of some sort. He decided to go and explore another location. He left with Blitz and George as the three silhouettes followed him. {Exit} ((ooc: *Whistles* ))

{(OOC: Note to self~ plan out posts before writing. Lemme know if it ever gets Gary-Sueish...)} ~ɱąՐʗυՏ ℈ɠσs~Both Marcus and his mysterious voice stopped when they heard Kazu giving his answer. He knew deep down inside that it would come down to him having to take it by force, he knew and he liked that it was going to go down this way. "Ya know... in a way, I was hoping that you would say that. I enjoy the hunting more so than just about anyone still alive." He would shift his standing so that he was standing with both feet apart from each other, almost as if standing at ease, but his hands moved freely. "You all are all the same, spouting about friendship..." He would grip one fist and watch as the force would cause a crackle of energy that produced a gray colored digisoul. It felt different than what Marcus usually felt when using his digisoul. The energy, while burning with life, felt as if it were dead and corroded, corroded with the true essence of dark soul. "I'm going to enjoy pulling that blue thing out of you!"Hiro and Destion tensed up as they felt where this was going. They could feel the power of the new digisoul affecting their mood. Destino felt the sadistic persona that he felt against Chris and Dante starting to take over again and Hiro felt and knew that he would soon lose himself to Darkdramon... again. "Marcus..." Proceed to the darkside"Not now, Hiro... time to go to work. You knew what you were getting into when you picked me and Destino up from the side of the road... figuratively speaking." Bringing his digivice up in his other hand, he would toss it up into the air and then catch it in between soul coated fists. "Gaomon, Guilmon... TO ARMS, double DIGISOUL FULL CHARGE!!" the fists collided with the digivice would release a bright light that would turn dark, surrounding both of the rookie digimon that were now in front of him. "Gaomon SHINKA!!!""Guilmon DARK SHINKA!"Incased in a blackening sphere, the two digimon would be influenced by the darker soul energy to digivolve. The amount of power applied would cause both to skip their adult stages and move right into their perfect forms, MachGaogamon and BlkWarGrowlmon. The MachGaogamon would, while still the same type of digimon, would take on a much darker form that would show that he digivolved through darksoul as apposed to the normal digisoul source that a normal soul user would release. On the other hand, the Guilmon was more used to dark soul and shifted to a much more corrupt version of her normal digivolve line, blackwargrowlmon. Both digimon would stand stout as if guarding their tamer from harm even though they would be used to attack. Feeling the drain that came from Marcus test driving his unnatural biosoul would slightly weaken Marcus, causing him to become unsteady in his footing. A voice could be heard chuckling to Marcus from within his... steaming (?) digivice. "Ya know, release that much power and you could break your digivice... you should use your 'assistants'..." The voice would call again. "Fine... Ocelot, Jou... REALIZE!" Pointing his digivice up, two beams of light would release into the strangely darkening sky and then form into a Lillymon and a Pandamon. Both would come down to join the growing army of Ultimate level digimon. Marcus would walk back to join ChaosPiedmon and a Leomon that was on the verge of turning feral from the amount of dark energy being released. "This would probably be the part where I say last chance, but we know that you won't take it... Better be prepared for some trouble Kazu. Your stubbornness is what got you here."Ocelot would come and land on top of the MachGaogamon's shoulder. "Ah, so what have we here... a tamer and his digimon, right? I take it you're one of the ones that Lucemon is looking for. Oh goodie." The pandamon would smirk devilishly, punching one paw into his other paw. ((edited))
