Kirashimu replied, "Well, we just met up along our adventure and became friends, it's worked out that way with all of them. We seem to just make friends with them. In fact we just befriended Ancient Sphinxmon, he just joined us like two hours ago."

Kaz glances sideways over at Alter on the gears before replying, "I know you have quite a few strong allies, but try not to rile Alter up too much. I think he's been brainwashed. If you could do that for me, that would be great. With your superhuman ability to befriend anything that breathes, I may have to challenge you to befriend him."

(Sure! Night time it is! XD)
Kirashimu whispered, "Agreed." Then he shouted to his digimon, "Everyone, the sun is starting to set. let's set up the camp. You all know your jobs." His highlevekl digimon started building a shelter for the night while the small digimon gathered firewood. After they had the fiewood, Demiveemon started cooking steaks for everyone.
Demiveemon asked Rae, Kaz, Dax, Alter, and all of their digimon, "How do you like your steak?"

Alter shrugged, he wasn't used to be asked. "What ever way it is done." he said, not even knowing what steak was.
Hisoka smiled down at DemiVeemon. "To bad you aren't digivolving. You have so much locked power." He said.

((Excellent my diabolical plan, erm things are coming together...))
Kaz looks at the small blue digimon,"Food? Funny thing is I havn't felt hungry the entire time I've been here, but I like mine medium-well done. How about you Gatomon?"
Gatomon thinks about it for a while before realizing she's never had steak before. She blushes a bit before replying, "I'll have the same."
While the steaks cook, Kaz sheds his shoulder bag, and spreads his blanket he sleeps on over a patch of clear ground. He unhooks his hammer from his belt, and lays it, and the coil of rope attached to it on the edge of the blanket next to his pack.
((Anybody got any requests for the digimon we're going to fight? I'm thinking along the lines of a "bug" theme.))

After the shelter was built, Demiveemon handed everyone their steaks to eat. After the meal was over Kirashimu's band pulled out their instruments and provided some entertainment for the others.

Kaz enjoyed the music, it was a bit odd, seeing digimon preform music, but he supposed it wasn't too far fetched. As the show ended, there was the expected swift transition into the digital world's night. Kaz yawned, leanig back on his blanket, watching Gatomon sleep, and he too fell slowly asleep as well.
The mysterious digimon snapped back to attention, as the curtain of night fell he quickly returned to report in to his superiors. As he entered the Antechamber, he was greeted by the three digimon silhouetted, their profiles only barely visable against the glare ((Yay mysteriousness)), and kneeled before beggining his report. "My lords your champion continues towards his second task, and has been joined by a multitude of others. The crowd continues to swell, yet not all have joined our ranks as champions. Also I may no longer be able to remain hidden. My polar oppisite, AncientSphinxmon has joined them, as well as a Piedmon. They have very good perception, and are bound to spot me if I continue to trail him. What would you have me do?"
The three digimon sitting on the platform conversed, before the digimon in the center spoke up, "You are to continue to follow, if needed step in and lend aid. We have forseen the challenge becoming far more difficult then was once anticipated. You are to remain unseen for as long as you can. Dismissed."
The mysterious digimon departed, leaving the 3 digimon to relax their faces, expressing the concern they had been hiding.

Kirashimu and his digimon fell asleep. AncientSphinxmon slept with one eye open, out of suspicon, plus he had enough rest in the past thousand years.

Alter had moved up one of the larger gears, sleeping under the stars at the top. He loved being out in the open, sure his cage was nice, but it was nice to mix things up once and a while. His hand touched his left eye, remembering that dream he had a while ago. What a strange dream that was.... he drifted off to sleep as he remembered it.
Hisoka had moved off to the side of the camp, he was sleeping lightly.

The msyterious digimon rejoined the very fringe of the group.
Elsewhere in the night, the darker forces gathered, massing, and preparing to move not long after the sun rose.
The night cycle ended, Kaz woke, stretching with a large yawn. He woke staring into the bright enrgetic eye of Gatomon. He smiled before looking to see how everyone had slept.

Kirashimu and his digimon woke up and started making breakfast for everyone. Bantyoleomon and Ophanimon headed off to the stream to get water, who knows when they would get back though. The group was enjoying the peaceful morning.

((Thinking I should wait to have them attack till Draco posts, but nice way to even up the odds, and expect an ultimate for the younger digis to whatever number team up against...))

As the group went about the daily chores, the first signs of trouble were the chills and auras that proceded the powerful digimon. They had felt the powers unleashed in the earlier in the fight against the Diaboromon. As they came into view over the horision Kaz checked his digivice to see that HerculesKabuterimon (X), TyrantKabuterimon, 2 HerculesKabuterimon, GrandisKuwagamon, 2 GranKuwagamon DinoBeemon, and a TigerVespamon leading them.
