AandOE digital m u f f i n s I think, not sure, I asked you if your neighborhood is quiet. XD If anyone can find a decent translator and let me know if I did that right it would be a blessing. haha

Ka asks the question. So without the question are you just stating that Kinjyo's neighborhood is quiet? Maybe it is Kinjo. There is a small yo after the Ji so it turns into Jyo right?

"eego de" is in reference to the 'the way in the english language'. Not looking for a movie theatre, silly. If I say "nihongo de", it is asking 'the way in the japanese language'.
ex. President wa nihongo de nan desu ka? (What is the english word, President, in the japanese language?)
If you have [きんじょ], which is 'neighborhood', it would turn into 'kinzyo'. Due to the english-ification of many translation websites, they often turn it into 'jo', 'jyo', or 'jou' instead of the modern translation. It's confusing, ne?

Kono Kinjyo wa amari shizuka de wa arimasen.

This statement says, 'My own neighborhood is by the way of being almost not quiet.' I suppose it could mean that the area is quite loud.
You could also just state it as 'Kono kinzyo wa urusai n desu yo,' in which urusai means 'loud'.
