I think the rating was only PG-13 though, so maybe she will be an okay babysitter (other than not actually really paying much attention to the kid obviously)

well the kids are already asleep. although she is a cute babysitter.

Meh, it just bugs me...I'm 90% sure her BF will come over at some point.

she's probably single why else would she need th e money in the first place?

if he was a good boyfriend he'd pay for some of her makeup, and her parents would pay for the rest./

*blinks a few times and tilts my head* She could be the independant type that wants to earn her own way in life.

point, but she looks upper middle class if not lower upper.

It's almost a rite of passage thing for any teen girl to at least do one babysitting gig to show responsibility and the abilty to do a good job, so it could be an exerience more than monetary thing.

she's making 10 dollars an hour, it's a monetary thing! and hey! i used to babysit to make money, andm i still do every now and then, for 7 month olds.

i didn't make very much. for a week and 2 days of work i made 100 dollars

Yeah...it's usually not $10/hr, but if it were....man...

but that's how much the babysitter in the movie is making
