Asmondai  whee heart Another game I keep meaning to look into.. sweatdrop Though first up on the list, Infinity, who are finally doing a proper starter and a new edition, which will hopefully be a bit better to get into than their previous versions.

I bought the starter since it cought my eye at the local game store. :p
Haven´t checked the rules yet, but seems to be a tad different type of
minuature game then most in the market, judging by the cards stats
and faith cards(?). <.<

Haven´t checked the rules yet, but seems to be a tad different type of
minuature game then most in the market, judging by the cards stats
and faith cards(?). <.< I'm still waiting for Wyrd to release their Malifaux roleplay books, which should come with a splatbook full of fluff and a history of the setting. Though the idea of using a deck of cards (you can use a regular deck, though they sell their own fate decks as well) instead of dice does sound interesting. But for now, counting pennies until the Infinity starter arrives. It has recently been reviewed by Beasts of War, so it shouldn't be long now.

From what I recall you shuffle your deck, draw a number of cards, use that hand for your turn, rinse and repeat. I think Legends of the Old West (from the new defunct Warhammer Historical) had something similar.
